Is this an appropriate amount of cream cheese ?
I was here April 8,2022 between 5:30 - 6:00 pm and had one of the best drive thru experiences ever.. the story is to long to type out, I'll give a short version. as I was ordering and having idle chit chat with the drive thru worker( which was hilarious) I mentioned it was my birthday and I should get a free muffin( totally making a joke about the free item) I get to the window and they gave me the free muffin.. I didn't catch both their names but one was named Cameron. I just wanna say you made my day with the conversation and free muffin. Both were so friendly and funny? keep up the good work and happy spirit
My fiancé and I stopped there today (March 24th @ 4:30pm) and everything about our order was screwed up besides my bagel. They over charged us, gave him the wrong sandwich and my coffee wasn’t coffee at all, it was tea. They made us wait extra long bc they seemed to be scrambled and unorganized.
They are nice people to see if you want anything from the store
Ridiculously slow inept uninterested staff.Six counter customers waited an inordinate length of time until drive thru had their orders..gotta wonder about the manager/owner
The manager (Brian) at this location makes the entire establishment look bad. He wanders around there being disrespectful to staff and customers alike, and enjoys pretending to be a hero because he claims to be the boss lol. The location is understaffed at ALL times so unless you’ve got 20 minutes to wait for a coffee when you’re the ONLY person in line, choose another location. The staff are unhappy with their treatment, and don’t mind telling the customers, and if you’re unlucky as I am and have the employee vent to you, be prepared to get a mouthful from Brian…I guess I should have told her not to talk to me so I didn’t get told off by her boss. WORST LOCATION EVER!!!!!
My second favorite Tim's in the city (after King St.) Great place, and coffee is right 98% of the time. Except when I get candy cane and vanilla, then they put too much candy cane in, and its so minty but bitter and I get sad. Then my boyfriend has.to.drive me to King Street to get it remade, because we don't trust them to make it right anymore. All in all, a decent timmies
Drive thru was ok, as long as you and the workers are wearing masks and sanitizing their hands after each money and food order they receive and hand out...
New all time low for Woodstock Rd location this morning, Dec 30, pulled into drive Thur no cars in site, asked to wait, sat there for 5 minutes WITH NO VEHICLES IN THE LINE EXCEPT ME. Drove away and we to Hanwell. Will be my last stop at Woodstock Rd location!!
Food was great customer service was awful. The cashier was very rude and they are so slow it's frustrating.
