The food is awesome! The Staff was awesome ! We were welcomed by Mitch and we had the greatest welcome. Then we were served by Vicki which was excellent!! The service was great. Fast and staff was very nice! Thank you for the great dining experience.
Our first visit was Mother’s Day and although it was busy, we were not only seated quickly but served fast too! The food was delicious and our server (unfortunately I didn’t get her name!) was amazing! We visited again this past Sunday (May 22) and had another great dining experience. The food was awesome, and our server, Jelisa, was amazing! She kept our drinks topped up, made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us frequently! We will definitely be back soon!
Love dining at Swiss Chalet in Fredericton. I want to shout out Zoe! She seems to be our server quite often. She's quick and super friendly! We love to be seated in her area. She's just very attentive and always ensures we have a great meal. Thank you Zoe!! You're the best!
The best service I have ever had! Emilie was our waitress and was incredibly kind. Consistently checked on us and offered us things to try since we were new to the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. She made the experience really enjoyable and nice. An absolute sweetheart who has wonderful customer service! And she said she hadn’t worked at the job long, you’d never be able to tell! Will definitely be back ?
I had lunch at Swiss Chalet last Thursday in Fredericton. As usual the food was delicious! What made this such a nice dining experience was the excellent server that I had - Vicki! She gave me such excellent service and checked back from time to time to see if there was anything that she could do for me or bring to me. The level of service that I was given is what differentiated this meal from a meal that I could have had any where else! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Swiss Chalet to anyone that wants to have a delicious meal served promptly and with excellence!
I think now more than ever it is important to support local businesses. Swiss Chalet is a chain, but employs people in our community. The atmosphere in the restaurant is spacious, with appropriate divisions so that there is nice privacy and sound control, even when there is a lot of people. I've been going to Swiss Chalet occasionally over the last 20 years, and the food consistency is spot on. Its not a fast food establishment, so when you go in to sit down, expect to wait a bit to get your food, but that's good. Having said that, you can order online, and they have a specific section for take out, and I'm pretty sure they are hooked up with a lot of food delivery services. Go, try the chicken, take a friend!

Awesome meal! Awesome service! Megan Gerard was a great help in choosing our meal and dessert. Portions were better than other Swiss Chalets. Very tasty, great experience!
