Was very disappointed in my sub today.it was hard as a rock with the prices. Now a days for food it was disappointing..

Sandwiches were great and staff very friendly. The chip rack only had one choice and the drink cooler was almost empty so I had to get fountain drinks. There was only one kind of cookie. This was at 4:30pm on a weekday. Hopefully just a brief disruption of their normal selection. Usually don't have this problem at this store.
Great customer service! Came in with a big order, apologized in advance as it was end of lunch time, not an issue at all as I tried to make it as easy as possible, got it done in a flash. Appreciated it greatly.
Just watched the fellow making my sub weigh the meat out; seems like a really good way to introduce more cross contamination. Owners need to get their heads checked if they think 3.1 grams of ham is what's making their business unprofitable. Pretty sure the wasted time and materials to weigh counteract this entirely.Probably thinks having to pay their workers $2 an hour next year is a problem too, guessing they pay slave wages.Worker was also wearing a mask with valves on it, which does about zilch to protect customers in the event they're COVID positive.Fountain machine is also out of the two drinks I wanted. Fun.Update, March '22: Came back and checked in, seems like they're on the right path now.
Customer service was good. Ordered salad and none of the veggies were chopped for salad.
Eat here.You can get good food without eggs in it at 7am, huge deal for me.Staff are fast and great to chat with too. They add extra cheese sometimes if they like you.

I came here not 45 minutes ago with an online order. I asked them to add extra sauce to my sub, and I was NOT disappointed. I’m telling you this was the best sub I’ve ever had. No other subway in the city does it like you guys. I’m pregnant and I’m getting genuinely emotional over this. Whoever was working deserves a raise. love you <3
