They were very busy, but worked as fast as they could while being short staffed. There were some rude customers, but the staff handled them well and stayed positive. I love getting the new green goddess sandwiches on my lunch break, and still have lots of time to get back to work even when the line up inside is out the door.

This subway really sucks, every time I am here my meat tastes funny and I always order turkey breast. Not to mention they let their cucumbers sit out until they taste sour and their lettuce is almost always brown. Not the subway I would go to that is for sure. Not to mention the conditions of their drive thru it’s super bumpy and hard on your car and the customer service is sub par.

Painfully slow. I've shown up at about 9 to 9:30 twice now and the line had 2-3 cars. We didn't move for 10 minutes or more. I backed up and went to the Bishop Drive Subway, which was faster and less busy.

I traveled from Toronto to Fredericton and arrived late night and found this place as the only open one, working only for drive through. At first I tried to order in the store but they rejected. I went into the cars line and said assume I am in the car. They rejected to accept my order. They said we cannot take the liability and what if a car hit you! I said I take the responsibility. Again, they rejected. Finally, I wanted to ask a customer in a car to put the order for me. Suddenly, they got mad at me and threatened me to call the cops.I see this as a sign when people act like a robot based on a predefined list of rules. We're human and we must put humanity first. I was an hungry person in the middle of closed stores and was willing to pay for my food.We are trying to build robots to act like humans but instead we're getting more close to robots, unfortunately! This is sad :(Should I have take a cab, go into the drive through and order?I won't judge the people of fredericton by this intance but it put a nightmarish impression on me.

Although the drive thru can be slow we still go because they do a great job with the sandwiches.

Recently came at this subway for lunch. Great staff members, fresh food, welcoming. Facilities were clean. Unfortunately only open for drivethru because not enough staff, but at lease management recognizes it would be too busy for them.

Me and my girlfriend went and got a sub through drive-through got home and realized it was the wrong sub went back and waited 30 minutes in line to get the right sub and ask for a refund and they would not give me one without about five minutes of arguing

Regret coming to this restaurant. Girl was extremely rude. Had so much attitude. I left the restaurant without even buying anything. Never gonna come again to this restaurant.

I am really not a difficult person to please, with that being said. I will never be ordering from this subway ever again. This is not based on one experience but based on multiple experiences. They have consistently left items out of my order, and I’m getting quite tired of paying for things here hoping that I actually get it. with the last order I made. my sub was literally ice cold alongside a missing item again just to add insult to injury. I tried to call the restaurant twice to rectify the issue but they seem to not believe in answering their phones. There are a few other subways in this city to go to. I would highly suggest you not go to this one.

Would rate higher if they open the walk in ordering. Staff are really good, just need more of them.
