This location is very busy, and I've seen a lot of reviews about long wait times, but I've never had any issues when ordering ahead with the mobile app. When I go in and order in person, or wait in the drive thru, yes it is a long wait. But it is also the only Starbucks in Fredericton with a drive thru, which people should remember.... it is not the staff's fault that it is busy. I have always found them to be very friendly - especially Drew! Drew if you still work at this Starbucks location, shoutout to you, your kind demeanor and how you asked about my day actually really lifted my spirits. Seemed so genuine. All other employees have been very kind and made conversation as well. Come here almost every day with my friends during uni season and it's a special little part of our day :)
So much ice even if you ask for light ice it’s still almost filled with ice. I’ve tried drive thru, mobile ordering, and going in to order to try and get just a light amount of ice and it’s still almost full every time. Last time I just straight up asked for no ice because I was so tired of paying $7 for a cup of ice that only holds a couple sips of the actual drink you want, and even then it looked/tasted like they didn’t put any coconut milk in at all (I get the Dragon Drink).
Never really was here because I hate Starbucks. Way to much money to spend on coffee. I'll stick with the Tim Hortons keurig pods at home and my 2 dollar tummies once in a while!
Ordered a few drinks and one didn't have the cover on it. We grabbed the cup around the side and it spilt everywhere as soon as we got it in the window. She offered us a new cover and napkins lol. No mention of a new drink. It's all over my car and clothes. Will be going to the other Starbucks location from now on.
The workers definitely deserve a raise with how busy it has been lately. The staff are always so patient and kind, take jabs from customers with total class and ease and still try to brighten strangers day with small kindness. Love yall!
Nice staff but very slow. I don’t prefer going to Starbucks since moving to Fredericton as I would rather use the Drive-Thru but no matter if I mobile order, go inside, or go to the drive thru there still seems to be a enormous wait. I’m not sure why there hasn’t been a second drive thru location opened in Fredericton like Saint John.
Absolutely the worst Starbucks In Canada. I’m convinced. Super long wait times and they never get anything right. The workers take zero pride in their job and are constantly fooling around not working. I refuse to go back
How does this location have 4 stars? Worst Starbucks experience every single time. Drive thru moves at a glacial pace. Expect a minimum wait of 30 minutes or more and a subpar tasting drink. Constant staff turn around. Not worth your time and money. Use app to order from regent mall location or king street. Never as busy or slow and drinks are usually bang on.
Only come to this location if you have 2 hours to wait in the drive thru line. I had to cancel a booster appointment because I waited for 45 minutes for a latte. Had I known, I wouldn’t have gotten in line.
Now I remember why I go to second cup. Have been in a line up for twenty minutes and probably 15 to go.
