2poutines both with no meat and wrong veggies paid for extra meat too very disappointed will not be back

The fries are always limp, they never add a lot of gravy, and if they do, it's in weird big clumps. the fries aren't ever crispy either. it's always really expensive, and the poutines are mediocre at best. for the price, you'd assume it'd be one of the best poutines in town, but it isn't. every time that i've come here, the poutine is never hot, or even warm. it's like it's been sitting out for 30minutes, although i eat it almost immediately upon serving. really disappointing, don't think i'll ever come here again. tell your employees to do better or give them a raise, because it's clear they don't care at all

They need to service their heat pump. The place reeked of musty, moldy mildew. I'm sure it was the heat pump. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages.
I was really looking forward to eating a delicious poutine, and I'm disappointed. I went out of my way to go in for a popcorn chicken poutine and was told they didn't have any left, after a couple awkward moments of silence I asked if there was any alternative he could offer and he said "I could put boneless chicken on it." Yay, sounds good. But I got home to 3 pieces of chicken and barely any gravy. I paid 26$ for two medium sized poutines with barely anything to them, I felt like I was just eating plain fries. The 3 stars is for the fact that when he did make my "poutine", he displayed excellent hand hygiene and covid precautions, which is always appreciated. Unfortunately, I probably won't be back for the price of what I went home with.
Just like it says on the tin; this fast food style eatery specializes in poutine. They serve a variety of tasty poutine dishes. Advanced warning: Smoke's is very generous with their portions, so order accordingly.
Country style is my favorite...with always friendly service!!

Love it for what it is! Not a 5star restaurant so don’t expect that. It’s delicious poutine with any topping you can think of. Tastes great sober or not!
