The pizza served here is really good! This is one of the best Papa John's in the province! The food is served hot, the staff are kind, friendly, bilingual, and nice! But, the pizzas are a wee bit overpriced, but still worth it! Just look at this lovely pie I was served!
I’m still learning why everything is smaller but costs more in Canada. I’m not sure I agree that two large personal pizzas are worth $28. From now on if I want pizza, I’m going to the big warehouse for a pepperoni for $12 (large to extra large).
I was not impressed by the ice cold, overpriced pizza that arrived 30 minutes after the scheduled time.
Must try the thin crust Pepperoni Pizza. It's got crispy pepperoni, and tastes superb
Average pizza place. Staff is friendly.
Usually don't include bad reviews for customer service, but the workers were super unprofessional and I waited an additional 15 minutes for a pizza I ordered over an hour ago. Hopefully the other locations have better service, but I definitely won't be ordering from this location again.

I've ordered from the Smythe St. location twice. Both times they got it wrong. Usually the flavour is ok, the staff are not overly friendly. I won't use this location again. I wouldn't recommend it either.
