Never ready for open, slow service, even with mobile ordering before getting there. 10-15 minute wait for a coffee.

Was just here, & they felt bad about making me wait for 10 mins so they upsized my order and gave me free donuts. Thank ya. That's called above good service.
I stood in linr for 10 minutes with one person in front of me. The staff were only doing the machine orders. I asked why i wasn't being served and one old woman said they have to many orders. They were only serving the machine people who even came in after myself
Rude manager, slow service, lack of COVID guidelines, didn’t sanitize the tray after table service even we were watching
It feels like I have just walked back into my elementary school, one of the workers, Becky had a rude tone of voice taking our order, and was talking gossip about other workers with others when they were not around. She kept getting mad at her coworkers and was very sassy, it seemed like a bad environment. The fries were also way too salty and my burger tasted bland...also had to keep repeating my order. I will be getting the king meal at Burger King from now on. I have never been to such a horrible McDonald’s, and if I could give 0 stars
Possibly the slowest service in Canada.Been to alot of places and McDonald's across Canada, but this location definitely takes the spot for slowest and least accurate service. The drive thru usually only has one of the two available speakers in use. Just poorly operated.
