I think that this location has forgotten the meaning of the term "fast food". We used to get food here on my way to work, but after almost making me late more than once for waiting 25 minutes+ for fries that weren't even cooked properly (still tough and not cooked all the way through) we decided to just get drinks on the way...it still took 25 minutes to get an iced tea and a 2× iced coffees. They do not have enough parking spaces to hold all of us who have been directed to "park and wait for our order." We will not be returning to this location.
Just like any other McDonald's I was in. Pretty modern, clean, and quick service. The young people working there seemed to enjoy it. Parking is kinda cramped but most people use the drive-thru. Ordered my food on a kiosk which is pretty high tech.
An absolute mess of a McDonalds.Waited half an hour for our order because one of the items wasn't ready, and the rest of our food sat in bags on the counter waiting for the one item, so of course everything was terrible. Communication between the front and back needs work.Even after waiting 30 minutes for our food, they had forgotten an entire meal, and dipping sauces. Even after going back to ensure everything was there (twice) we still made it home with missing items.A complete waste time, money, and energy.
Placed my order through drive through and really poor service. Placed my order got to the window to pay they never locked the order in the system had to replace the order again. Got to the pick up window and got my food. I ordered a vanilla shake received it and got a chocolate one. Ordered a double Big Mac got a regular Big Mac. Called back twice and no answer. Oh and to top it off in the double drive through they took the order of the guy that was suppose to be after me before mine. Not a very good experience.
I mostly go to McDonald’s between 11pm and 1am and they don’t speak to you other than maybe to confirm your order. They always have long wait time because they take two orders, take ten minutes to serve those cars then wait 5 mins before taking another order! They didn’t even make my order right, I got a small fry in a medium fry container and no extra lettuce that I ordered on my burger, etc. they have terrible customer service.
This McDonald's has gone downhill, i will NEVER go here again. I specifically asked if there was salsa in the bag after going thru drive thru, she said Yes. Got back to work nothing in the bag. This is not the first time they screwed orders up. If you order a big mac there is so much sauce and lettuce on it you cant eat it. Everything is cold....called to complain and they offer nothing just say sorry, good customer service. NOTNEVER AGAIN
Food is fine, orders are correct, problem is speed. Cars get backed up and the line moves very very slowly. It's worth it to just go to Wendy's or BK when you see the line.
I ordered a chicken burger meal with a cappuccino, the cappuccino barley has any coffee taste init, when I went to the counter to inform them about the issue, the manager (in red t shirts) was very stubborn and doesn’t want to listen.She kept saying it’s a machine making the coffee and it has one shot of espresso.It’s seems they don’t calibrate the coffee machines to ensure it produces a proper quality.She didn’t even offer to replace. Was very sarcastic when saying have a good day. Like never visit us again.
A bit surprised once experienced that most of the folks at its kitchen were preparing breakfast meals without any hand glaves! Yes, touching food items with their bare hands!! It's awful...
just ordered a spicy habanero chicken burger, wasn't given any sauce on on it. it only had few bits of lettuce on it.Last time i was here i had asked for chicken nuggets with the same sauce, and never received it. Starting to doubt this sauce even exists
