Worst service ever from McDonald's in whileGot printed receipt at 702pm ever gotten till 722 with no once ask what oder I waiting on...to come find my oder was set for delivery via skip when I gotten my order fries where cold and food was warm but wasn't driving back to return
It’s MacDonald’s. Fast, cheap, somewhat deadly, but fast and cheap. This location is quite friendly and clean.
They will tell you to pull up to the curb than forget about you, Food was sitting inside. When i went in and asked for it, it was just sitting there and cold. incompetent staff.
So normally I have a decent trip to this mcdonalds, they usually forget sauces and sometimes straws but I had the weirdest experience today. I ordered 2 kids chicken nuggets meals, a 6 pack nugget meal and a 20 pack nuggets with 2 fries and 2 large drinks. I get the two happy meals with their drinks and everything is fine. I get the 6 pack of nuggets with drink and fries. Then we got the 20 nuggets, they only gave us one of our fries and they did give us our two drinks. Now when I was paying in drive thru I double checked with the girl because she only said 1 large fry. I said it should be two and she so oh yes sorry I see it now. So when I got home and saw the other was missing I wasn't surprised. Now the reason I'm rating the way I am is because I slightly knocked over my drink after drinking some of it and it made a weird noise. I opened up the large drink to find a small cup inside. I'm very confused if someone actually gave me a small in a large or what. However I couldn't make this known to them as they didn't provide me receipt as well.I really hope this isn't the case that someone intentionally gave a small drink in a large cup in disguise. Needless to say this was very disappointing to see.
Food is usually bad, fries are frequently soggy. Burgers are cold a lot of the time. Also I had a pop that tasted so bad from this location that I almost ran my car off the road trying to spit it out.
Hard to believe wanted breakfast at breakfast and had to wait almost 10 mins to get it. Sad
While the staff is always very nice, I am continuously disappointed in this location. They have messed up my orders before and tonight I got fries that were severely undercooked. I had to pick around to find edible ones.
It's disappointing when you're asked to pull ahead to wait for your food and after a 10-minute wait what you get is completely ice cold. How hard is it to do a Happy Meal
This is the worst McDonald’s ever. There has not been one time that I have left there in the past 6 months that a food item has been missing. To anyone reading this ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG, or you will have a child with no supper.
