Worse customer servers ever! Every time we call there the lady on the phone is so rude I'm not sure why we keep going back. They must get other complaint's there's no way she is this rude only to us. Good way to lose business. I just walked out last time without the food because she was just as rude in person as she is on the phone. This is the Southside Caesars, the Northside is worth the trip.
Well worst pizza ever! Bought pepperoni extra cheese and it feel like I’m eating rubber with burnt cheese on top!!! Very disappointed ☹️
Service is horrible and rude. I had to explain my order 4 times....1 original Pep, 1 original Supreme, 2 cheesy bread...not very complicated. waited 15 minutes + with no hot and ready available. screwed up 2 orders ahead of me and completely forgot an order the customer didn't end up wanting due to the inconvenience. also expected skip the dish delivery drivers to bag items which I'd already supposed to be ready upon pickup. used to be a good place to eat. this was only my last time there, yesterday. 2 previous times same thing, shifty Service and wait times.
The ordering experience was terrible. The person at cash obviously did not want to be there. Had to tell her 3 times in a row I was not done ordering as she kept trying to give me the total to pay. Noticed similar for orders after mine. On every order she had to be prompted for all items as she would give the customer part of the order and then would disappear to the back again. Thankfully the food was hot and good once I managed to get the entire order out of the person at cash.
We ordered a pizza and told them we were coming back later. We came back 20 mins later and they said it didn’t happen even thought we showed the bank statement to prove it. After 10 mins of arguing they finally decided to check the computer and they found our order. Didn’t even apologise. Terrible service.
I have had questionable service at this location multiple times, the kicker tonight being told they can only make standard pepperoni as it was late, for another customer to walk in a minute later and order multiple different pizzas
Ordered 20 minute early was told it would be ready when I got there. I arrived to pick up my order and was told it would be an additional 15-20 minutes and have had issues like this with this location before. The northside main Street location always has my order ready on time.
Brutal website. Can't order online, Can't submit feedback on the website as it's American and wants a zip code instead of postal code.
So I called this location over 10 times this evening and went into the store and called, they have their phones off the hook. Not only at this location but they are also pulling this crap at the north side location. We left from the south side location and drove to the north side and witnessed them doing the exact same thing. Called entering the store to the phone being off the hook. Who Owns these locations?! I want to speak to the owners. This is crazy. Why are you open and thinking it’s ok to run these businesses into the ground not taking calls? This is the last time we deal with little ceasars. Absolutely awful service.
