Ordered a box meal with a couple of side wings. Was told to wait in the parking lot as the wings would take 8 minutes. 15 minutes later and nothing. Went into the restaurant and asked about my order. They clearly had forgotten. Gave me a big box of cold fries and said order would be ready shortly. Left the fries and went home. Been a few years since I ate KFC, recon its gonna be a few more before I consider trying again
Used to be the number one kfc in the city until someone else took over and now they have gone sooooo down hill. The chicken buckets from here are not even edible anymore really quite sad unfortunately.
Overall my experience here in the past was never very good but recently in the last few years they improved quite a bit but my last visit here they told me it was going to be a 15 minute wait for the tenders and it turned out to be 45 minutes waiting if I wouldn't have already paid and if I wasn't a patient person I would have already left
Never again. Ripped off. Ordered online, waited 20min for chicken to be cooked. Of my order i got 8 pieces of chicken and corn for 46 dollars. No tenders no popcorn chicken. Huge messup and my cards been charged for this bucket. You just lost a customer
A past time favorite but keeps getting worse. Not sure if I ate chicken or the bottom of a sneaker.
Restaurant often filthy !!!!Have you seen their kitchen when you go the the drivethru? We called head office because of this….they had soap and a bucket on their counter where they pack the food!!!!Manager and most of his employees are very rude….Worst KFC i have ever seen inside and out!!!P.S thy hire their own families im told.
I would not even give them one starFalsely advertised whats on there menuOrdered the new scorcher sandwich.. Literally all it is is a small peice of chicken.. Kids meals are bigger 1 pickle and small amount of mayo. It states on menu the sandwich is tossed is hot sauce and with spicy mayo.. Brought it back and they laughed saying I don't know why it looks like that on menu because we dont make it like that.. Son asked for refund they said they couldn't.. Managers there arw incompetent
Placed my online order over an hour ago. Nobody answers the phone when I call. In general, something is always forgotten and lately the chicken has had a weird burny smokey taste. I love kfc, but this store is so bad that I will not order again...and if my order ever does get here, it will probably be wrong. Once they forgot the pop...so I called and asked them to send it and they never did
So Good , & Clean The Take Out Was Really Fast ,Nice & Hot ?
Foods good. Only part I don’t like is being told I can’t have a can of pop only fountain pop because it’s only for delivery but it appears as a option for pickup.
