bought 10 pc hot wings this afternoon for carrying out, and this is what the wings look like, dry and hard! My only experience is when the leftover cooked meat and had them re-heated.
Unbelievable the lady at the counter was rude when I asked for more than. One sauce for myself and daughter with 2 meals .. really ?? Never gonna go here again. @KFC #KFC this was ridiculous.
I ordered a meal through the drive thru, a Famous Chicken Chicken Sandwich box meal, was given a 3 piece chicken meal instead. Call several times to no answer. When they answer, their phone system is so bad it sound like you are talking into a echo chamber. Thanks for the great customer service, it only takes a few seconds for someone to check to see if the box had what I ordered, but you gave it to me and there was no rush in the restaurant as well. I would love my money and time back but I know you will not do anything.
The taste was good but there was so much grease all the chicken pieces were soggy not crispy, along with a puddle of grease at the bottom
We decided to try some of the new plant based based sandwiches. The drive-thru was very busy so we went inside to order. The workers were flustered and seemed very confused, our order took a very long time. The online orders (doordash, etc) and drive-thru seems to be their focus.
I've been there multiple times over the last few months and not once have they got my order right. If you want KFC, go to anywhere else but Prospect.
Went through their drive through tonight for my pregnant wife had a craving for kfc. Ordered a Big Crunch box with a side of mayo and gravy. The mayo unfortunately had a lid from some unknown thing in it. Attempted to call the shop but they were closed for the day. Picture for reference. Needles to say check your food before you eat it.
Messed up our order ...missing half our food ...offers a free small fry! HORRIBLE PLACE! MANGER IS RUDE WILL NEVER RETURN! ZERO STARS!!!
Spent $20 on a delivery order from here. Never got my food. total scam and a waste of $20.
