Went through the drive through they messed up the entire order went back and took 20 minutes to fix it..

The drive-thru service is slow at this location. Also, this location is confused on whether or not they give or take Scene points. The Harvey's location downtown is much quicker and does give/take Scene points

The drive thru for this restaurant is horrible. You have to wait in line half and hour to order and then another half hour to get your food with no apologies. When you finally get to order they have the excuse that they have run out of what you want and then want to sell you something twice as expensive. Food is also becoming sub par. Do not go there unless you want to get extremely frustrated. The pandemic is an excuse for a lot of things but there is no excuse for this type of bad service. Awful service. Last week the milkshake machine was broken... this week they dont serve milkshakes. Even thou it is on the menu in the drive thru. Lady was rude never going back no way.
The milkshake machine does not work, and its like almost 20 degree celsius, and sunny outside!
Great food, and fast service. A great place to go for a quick meal. The staff are friendly and polite. Everything is kept clean.
