Great food made fresh right in front of you you certainly can't get better food and service than that??We hade the Angus bacon chedder burger so good I could have eaten✌???We will be back!

Food was great.It took forever to get the food. It was 20 to 30 minutes from walk in to sit down....Skip the Dishes and drive through was much faster.
Wait time could have been better but the person taking the order was polite and recommended proper customization of the new menu item. The food was warm and delicious.
Ordered of door dash and food was hot but went to get the onion rings and they where missing . Was disappointed but to add on to that no straws or fork in the bag . Overall not to happy with this experience
I had an issue with my food in January, and I raised a complaint first with DoorDash who really didn’t want to help me so I decided to leave the feedback through Harvey’s form without really expecting anyone to do anything about it.Someone actually reached out to me and acknowledged my complaint and offered me a replacement meal which I finally went around to picking up yesterday.The staff were very nice and professional, the food took forever but we had time to wait, and I eventually got my replacement meal.I would like to commend Harvey’s for prioritizing their customers’ satisfaction, they turned my negative experience to a positive one.I am giving four stars just for the fact that I was informed that all staff were hairnets but that’s not the case, and that’s the reason I had a complaint in the first place(there was hair in my food)
Just not worth it. Honestly it used to be better but the service I received today (Feb 23, 2022) was terrible. Not only did I wait over 10 minutes for someone to say anything to me (no one else in the store) but the two salads I ordered to go, had no customization or even salad dressing. Seriously, I regret coming here. I added a star to make it two because it wasn't always this terrible.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant, the Harvey’s downtown Fredericton is seriously garbage, the staff, the food, the wait times, the way they treat customers. My order was rung in wrong over the speaker which was fine no biggie. asked if it could be fixed at window and received the worst attitude, we had to pull up to the parking lot to wait for our food, when the food was brought out to us the bigger girl working there said “it’s your fault you had to wait maybe you should’ve ordered right the first time” our chicken burgers were drenched in mustard (which we didn’t even ask for) we ended up taking our food back to the uptown location to get a refund and ate elsewhere. Won’t be back
Harvey's is always an interesting choice. I understand why some people don't like it, but I'm a fan as far as chain restaurants go.They have the 2nd best apple pie, very crunch hot pocket. It's just missing the excessive coating of cinnamon and sugar of A&W.As far as fast food restaurant veggie burgers go, theirs is easily the closest in taste and feel to their meat patty. I can't tell the difference. I always get the Litelife burger. If you like Harvey's, you'll like the Litelife burger.
