Pizza sauce was too sweet. I’m from Toronto and it almost tasted like sugar was added to it. The pepperoni was suboptimal and tasted like cold cut ham from supermarket deli. That’s not how pepperoni should taste like. I have never seen pepperoni 10cm plus before. I was struggling to eat it the one pizza- unfortunately I bought the 2 medium pizzas for $8.99 each.
We ordered 2 party pizzas for my sons birthday this weekend. My husband called before we picked them up to make sure there wasn’t eggs in the crust (anaphylactic reaction in an 18m old coming to the party, she carries epi pens). I called again once they arrived to make sure——being someone who has been allergic to eggs for 30+ years I knew I wasn’t allowed to eat Greco. We were assured there was no eggs. The infants mom had been told Otherwise on 3 seperate occasions, so we called back… and googled the ingredients. Well there are eggs in the crust…. We were then told “you should have asked for a manger”… in which I responded with…. No, your staff should double and triple check when someone calls about an allergy. It’s quite literally YOUR job to know what is in the food you serve. 3 times we were told there was no eggs, the 4th time someone finally admitted there are eggs in the crust. Totally unacceptable. What a terrible experience. Will NEVER return.
25 years ago when I lived in Fredericton Greco was very good pizza. Well, 25 years later when I was visiting over Christmas, I decided to order from the same location. It was the absolute worst pizza I have ever had. I would have rather eaten a frozen pizza from the grocery store. Sorry, but it's the truth.
Great and easy to access location, friendly staff, fast service and quality donair. What more can you ask for?I stopped at this location on the way home from Moncton and had 0 complaints.
Amazing pizzas and terrific service. My pizza order was processed by a tall white guy with glasses and brown hair, he was super friendly and courteous and a pizza pro. Really appreciate the service!
I remember how good the food at Greco used to be....but it no longer is. Pizza and donair taste nothing like they used to. Very disappointing.
I moved out to the West Coast and I always crave Greco garlic fingers! I just came down to visit NB and got amazing garlic fingers here. Great sauce. Great taste. Never lets me down!
Ugh. Pedestrian at best. Not sure what the pizza sauce was, tasted like tomato paste, not sauce. No flavour either.Toppings were okay, crust was abrasive.
Writing a long negative review!!If you are a person of color, specially south asian, avoid going to this place. Not because of the food quality but because of the lady who is in the cashier. Such a racist. Worst customer service I experienced during the pandemic.I was waiting for ordering my food and I clearly saw how she changes her attitude towards customers. She pretened that she doesnt understand what I say (my English is clear I know. ) and I removed my mask and told her that I am removing my mask because you dont hear me and I am vaccinated showing my vaccination proof. Still she kept warning me like I am bringing in somekind a disease into the store.Moreover, look at the small pizza I ordered. They just sprinkled powdered cheese all over the pizza. I asked for three cheese crust. I dont know if this is perfect or not. Also, its undercooked. Peperoni is cold. Pizza sauce is still cold. Who makes such a pizza.?If management sees this, they would know what I am talking about here. How come they hire and keep such employees in their service industry. Not good for the business.
Ordered the 9” mighty meaty pizza. It was tasty, I enjoyed it 9/10Also ordered a lava cake(which is one of my most preferred desserts)I give that a 10/10 and the gourmet chocolate chip cookies 9/10.The only issue I had was with the delivery, but I believe that was door dash’s fault since the app kept telling me the delivery wasn’t at my place yet while the delivery man actually came, couldn’t reach me and went back.I waited 40 minutes and finally called greco, in less than 10 minutes I had my food.
