Took a friend (a senior lady) for supper last night. From the moment we walked in the door we had amazing service! As usual, the food was good and service was very fast. But a huge shout-out to our server Kristen, who was attentive and engaging and dealt with my friends special requests with good humor! In these "Covid" times, many seniors have been isolated and Kristen made her feel she was was a long-lost family member. :) Well done Kristen!
Went here for my birthday. The place was empty. The wife and I were placed near the kitchen at the worst table. A big party came in and sat beside our table. The traffic and the small size of our table made it near impossible to eat as people passed by. We left after the appetizer. We didnt go anywhere else. Totally ruined our evening. The floor is sticky as well. Not clean and bad service. Stay away. They do not care about the customer.
Sandy was our server last evening for a family evening out and she was so lovely! She made me a super yummy frozen Bellini drink, everything about our order was great and her personality is so warming. Thank you Sandy for a great customer experience, your kindness and fun sense of humour in a very busy environment left us as business owners leaving saying how lucky they are to have you.
Had Hells kitchen dish dinner. Lots of flavourful, loved the Italian wedding soup. Also love having my own bread stick to slice from myself. Great experience.
My friend and I were in for lunch yesterday. We were in a hurry. Our server Jenna was friendly and knowledgeable and understood our need to be in and out quickly. Because of this she suggested we get the Marios Trio. It was tasty and quick and kept us on time.Great experience! We’ll be back again!
Food has been very good. Quite tasty. Service has been spotty, depending on the server. Most times it has been great, a couple of times we have had to wait a bit for follow up service. All in all though the food has been tasty and hot.
Service was not good at all. Hardly seen our waitress. waited 45 minutes for food. It was not busy.My soup was cold, mine and my husbands food was barely luke warm. He had to go to the bar to get something to drink cause we were not asked during our not good meal at all. Disappointed for a 50 dollar meal. We most definitely will not be back
Very poor customer service. So disappointing to call multiple times and have them change the time of my order each time to a later time. The people answering the phones have no idea what they are doing. I finally had to cancel my order and make my own Birthday supper so that my family could eat before going to bed. I only put one start because there is no option for 0 stars.
Here for lunch, with our 10 year old. Atmosphere is terrible, no music, very noisy. Service has been barely adequate. We waited a long time before drink orders had been taken. Almost an hour for food. Paid extra for the all you can eat salad, no one offered us a refill on this. Our pizza arrived lukewarm, looking like something that had been pulled from a dumpster. Had to pick raw bacon off it. No check in to see if our meal was okay. Not enough napkins at a table with a child. Chilly day and no heat on. Sorry we came here and sorrier to have to pay for a disappointing meal, along with bad service.
Service was slow, brought salad instead of soup, waited for forever to get soup and it was cold. The waitress was extremely kind and friendly. I think they may just be short staffed like the rest of the world.Main dish was excellent!
