I had the delicious lobster packed lobster roll and sweet potato fries. It was so full of lobster I didn’t finish the bread. The fries were crispy and the curry mayo was the perfect accompaniment. The rose blush drink was potent and full of strawberry rhubarb flavour. My husband had the chicken parmigiana. The chicken was crisp and covered with enough sauce and cheese. It was a big meal and he could barely finish it. Unfortunately they ran out of Claudine’s chocolate cake for dessert. Next time I guess.

Une très belle expérience et un service professionnel courtois efficace.

Recommend highly the lobster omelette which was spectacular! My wife had the traditional breakfast which was also great. Claudine herself saw to it that our coffees were always full and the food was to our liking. It was a Friday just after 11AM and we were lucky to sneak in as walk-ins but I would recommend reservations so you are not disappointed though they do their best to accommodate.

Probably the best eggs benedict I’ve had. Great service. Prices were reasonable. We appreciated that the waiters made sure we were aware of additional costs of any extras we ordered.

What beautiful Diner ! Staff are amazing, food is delicious If ever you are in Fredericton you have to visit this spot , support Local they need us ??

Excellent service, delicious dill pickles, and awesome main courses (shrimp scampi and California club). The Caesars were perfect too! We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent food and friendly service! We loved the lobster poutine and lobster rolls (toasted sandwiches).

Excellent in every way!

My husband, son and daughter-in-law, 10 month old grandson and I had dinner at Claudine’s tonight. The entire experience, from the phone call requesting a reservation, through ordering drinks and dinner and then devouring our lobster rolls, was exceptional. The staff was friendly, welcoming, accommodating (a high chair was 'no problem') and efficient. The lobster rolls were the best we’ve ever had! We are sorry to be leaving for PEI before we could return for what appears to be a fabulous brunch menu. This is a must-visit restaurant!

Great place to eat. We landed there on our trip out East by reading the reviews. Food the chowder soup was excellent, server very friendly and helpful. We stopped there for our lunch on our return trip home and food was again very good! Would definitely return if closer to our home!! Recommend to anyone.
