At 570 Two Nations Crossing - Ordered a chicken burger, whopper, fries and onion rings via drive-thru. All the food was cold. The cherry on top? NO chicken on the chicken sandwich. Of course, no receipt and won’t answer the phone either. Absolutely horrible food and service.
cold food might have been put in a microwave for five seconds.Was going to take it back in for my money back but didnt have the time.Will never eat at this location again.I like Burger King but the people that run this place got to get their act together
Went through the drive thru, after placing order was told to wait until she said to go to the window. No customer service at the window, not friendly at all. Received my food cold, cold bun and cheese not even melted, also missing requested items in bag. I keep trying to give this location chances, but they never come through on quality of food or customer service.
I have eaten at the 2 Nations Crossing location 3 times since it opened. Each time I have regretted the choice. Poor service, cold food, and lack of cleaning. I won't be back.
Best BK in town. I had a lovely experience here last night. The cashier was kind and courteous. The order was made as requested with care. There was no hesitation when I asked for hot fries. I feared I would not eat a Whopper in Fredericton again until I discovered their improved management and staff.
Terrible location, never give you the receipts, just went through the drive thru and the burger was cold, bun cold, hamburger cold, cheese wouldn't even melt. Nothing but bad luck here. Go to McDonalds in Walmart or down to Wendy's, never had a cold meal there.
they're in a location without many restaurants nearby so it is convenient to stop by on your way back from shopping without having to go out of the way. Drive-Thru has never been busy whenever I went. I wouldn't recommend going within an hour of closing time though, because every time I have, they've told me they've shut down their ovens for the night. Staff has always been friendly every time I stopped in though.
A line of us were just told we could not place our orders for food lol...this place has plummeted. Head office should have a hard look..I wont be going back.
Very very poor service this eving went through the drive thru the girl was very ride when we reached home which is 2 minutes down the road ..burgers were mushed together rotten lettuce tried to call them not once but 5 times no answer will never go back.
this burger King at 2 nations crossing has bad service and bad food went tonight for the first in a year customer service was out the window with rude employees , our food was cold, old and mushed up rotten lettuce cold fries stale beef tried calling more than 5 times with no answer this used to be my favorite place but hasn't been for while and after tonight I will never be back
