Staff talks very loud, you can’t have a conversation, if you are dining in here.Fried stuff always smells bad ( I suppose they do not change their oil often).Whopper patty was undercooked. Not happy.
Went there last around 10pm. We ordered chicken nuggets thay were so dried out and were cold. Both meals. Chicken was hard must been under warming light a long time. No dipping sauce or ketchup for fries. The fries were warm but not cooked through.
Went through July 4th, about 10pm. The woman working drive thru, seemingly by herself, was so kind and efficient. The food was quick too.
I went to burger king during the day and the fatty girl was very rude and has 0 customer service skills and that late night, the 2 guys, one wearing something on his head, and another small guy have very good customer service skills and they sold me fresh food, in a very short period of time. I love the night shift guys work
This BK location should be avoided. The staff are very unpleasent, the inside of the restaurant is dirty, the food is old and for some reason they only serve flat soda. I wonder how it's still open with 90% of the reviews being honest.
Haven’t been for awhile, no real reason. Went today. Cashier very friendly, food order correct, quick. Tables clean and bathroom spotless
My father and I have been going for Sunday breakfast at Smythe Street BurgerKing for the last couple of weeks and it has been great. The girl who takes our our order is wonderful. Even though she wears a mask, you can tell she is always smiling. She is always helpful and makes our visit a pleasant one, and the breakfast is very good. I cannot remember her name but just wanted to say thanks and look forward to next Sunday morning.
Food is good, sometimes no ice in drinks. Used to not give a reciept even if asked, but recently started giving one without asking. Management possibly did some teaching to this location recently.
Just left this location after watching the management bring chicken and buns among other items in from a Honda civic in the parking lot and NOT a refrigerated truck. Also prior to bring it in they were standing inside for more than 15 minutes so God knows how long that's been sitting in that vehicle for. Never going to this location again!I fear for the health of anyone that does!Also have photos!
Was just there, tried charging me 35cents for zesty sauce for my order of onion rings. Not the price, but the principle, as I assume I wouldn't be charged for ketchup with fries. This is asinine.Not sure if this is BK policy now, or local store policy, either way, BK just lost a customer
