Most of the staff is friendly and the orders are done well, but it can take a while to get served inside.
I ask for a chicken wrap almost every week and it gets turned down right away , I’ve actually never successfully been able to get it….What a joke lol. Absolutely alone in the drive thru this time after getting turned again on the wrap so they made me wait 15 for a sandwich (TBC) at midnight. They make me almost late to work every time I attempt to use this location and my entire work also agrees to not go here because of its reputation. Stay clear folks! Usually a waste time
Worst customer service ??ever on drive thru. I wasn’t able hear anything on drive thru. I told about this at window that her voice wasn’t clear and Employee named Tanya and SO CALLED MANAGER on shift completely ignored me and said we should come inside the restaurant for placing an order. Didn’t even acknowledged that she had a problem with her microphone ??

Imagine someone looked at this bun, shrugged their shoulders and thought, "meh... Good enough " and used it to make my sandwich. Turkey bacon club ordered April 1, 2022.
I'm not sure what the issue is with this location but it seems a 50/50 chance if they give me the right coffee. If it's a noticeable size change I can catch the error before but same size it's had to distinguish what it's supposed to be by the scribble on the lid.....I think I will just drive further to the next location going forward.

I'm not a big fan of Tim Hortons. Ever since they changed the menu to more of a fast food place I don't go there very often. Now I normally only go there for my morning coffee, and I only go to this one. The staff is the reason I use this Tim Hortons. They are normally super friendly and, they get the order right almost every time. And they are fast. But like every place, some days are better than others. If not for the staff this rating wouldn't be so high.

I’ve never had a Tim Hortons location mess up my order as consistently as this location. I work near this location 4 days per week, and it’s to the point where I just ask for sugars and cream on the side. I used to go back around but they are never apologetic and I’ve had it a couple of times where they messed it up a 2nd time. Management needs to be re-evaluated.
