The workers where fast and friendly the donuts where fresh the coffee was good as always

This is the WORST Tim’s in the city. They screw up orders every time, the girls who are working there are always yelling saying “sorry” and then giggling when I pull up. They haven’t made a single coffee of mine right in 3 weeks… my double double taste like hot freaking dirty water. I DO NOT recommend here
Horrendous experience. The employee sounded like she was not pleased and hates her job ? Really good French Vanilla Cold Brew by the way
I just came from here 5 minutes ago, I ordered XL triple triple and breakfast sausage muffin, you gave me chocolate chip muffin and it's cold. Today is April 20, Wednesday. I went to Tim's at 5:46 morning on my way to work, I went to drive thru, ordered large coffee but the female on the speaker said medium. I said no, and repeated large coffee and a breakfast sausage muffin sandwich. Went to drive thru to pick up coffee, I was given a medium coffee. Female at the window then said next car in line, and I asked where is my breakfast English sausage muffin , I was told go to the side and she will bring it out. Too busy yapping and not paying attention. ..
Worse service i ever seen, staff is so rude don’t even except their fault. Really disappointed from the food and their service.IF YOU WANT TO COMPARE TRY ONE LOCATION OF TIM HORTONS AT NAIRN AVENUE THEN YOU REALIZE THE DIFFERENCE.
Worst service ever. Girls just talk to each other in their language and don't care if coustmer is waiting for their coffee. Seems like they don't want to work. I use to go there alot in lunch time and it was better but now 3 times I had bad experience. I got chicken Wrap and chicken was like rock. I do not go there to eat now just coffee only if have no other option other wise I drive to tim hortons beside costco.
I received an English muffin egg n bacon,the egg had blue mold on it when I asked for a fresh sandwich they threw it into the bag and said leave now.
It's my favorite tims better staff and always ready to serve their customersAbsolutely nice place to take time while you are off
T.H is what it is but I'm disappointed that not one person came out and cleaned any of the tables whilst I was in there and I was there for over an hour.Cleanliness isn't their strong point and neither is the quickness of their service... they are too slow to acknowledge they have customers waiting to be served.
