The staffs working in this store were so rude, disrespectful and serving in a discriminatory manner! The lady working on the cashier doesn’t understand customers needs neither demonstrating willingness to listen. I repeated over 15 times to place a small coffee but got ignorance despite that all other customers behind me were waiting in a line. The restrooms were both locked. When I asked for permission to use the restroom. The lady looked at me in a prejudice way and ignored me once again! After begging around 5 times and finally, another staff responded and unlocked the restroom door to allow me to use. However, he turned on the UV light inside and treated me as virus! (despite the fact that this was a serious radiation violation to Health and Safety Standards!) This store staffs were sick in a way that not only need work and ethical trainings, but psychological support! I was insulted the day and definitely feel sympathy for them!

I went throught the drive though and got a roast beef craveable and asked for no cheese and no sauce when I got to the window there was cheese and sauce on it they took it back and only peeled off the cheese so I left and needed up having to come back. Very poor experience and customer service.
So Tim’s has NOW decided you can only use your points for one item at a time!!! How warped is that!!! Absolutely not buying coffee from them anymore….besides there food contains way way way too much salt!!!
The last time I was at their drive thru, no one was responding when I was ordering which made me think that they were closed. So, I pulled up to the window and this dude was just standing there on his cellphone. I waved and he opened the drive thru window and asked me rudely, "Yes?!" I asked if they were open and he says, "Yes! I'm on the phone so what do you want from me??!!" then he just shut the window & walked away! I couldn't believe THAT just happened. WOW!? I've never been back there since.
Very fast service in the morning on my way to work. Best drive thru in the city. Friendly staff always.

When you walk in they ignore you and have absolutely 0 concern for timeliness or customer service. I rec'd a chicken sandwich ice cold, hard as a rock and 0 sauce on it. You have to actually give less than 0 fcuks to be that lazy and serve food that terrible.
Worst customer service ever. Ordered potato wedges from skip but didn’t find any option for chipotle in the menu…called the restaurant to confirm if we can order something of $1 to get chipotle and the guy agreed. Received our order but didn’t get chipotle…we called the restaurant and another guy answered the call and the lady who prepared the order told she added chipotle then she told I added ketchup not chipotle and when the skip agent called she told we never called them for chipotle. Highly dissatisfied. Will never order from this store ever again and will recommend the same to my friends.
