I have been going here fo two years now and the same friendly staff have greeted me with great service every single time. Through covid and all the challenges they have to deal with from folks in that area of the city their consistent and kind. Thanks for your service.
I would like to bring to your attention I don't like being hasseled for money when I am trying to order my food at the drive thru! The area has litter all over from the pan handlers garage!They are even at the side of the building before you pay at the window begging for money .This shouldn't be allowed ! Today the pan handlers at the drive thru board was swearing at me because I didn't give him change! ALL I want is a coffee and I am being subjected to verbal abuse because I didn't have change if I wanted that I would have stayed at work! Please take action on this and clean up around drive thru board! I would NOT recommend going to this Tim's!!!
This is for the drive thur. It is not a very nice experience to drive up to your drive thur boards and see the mess on the sidewalk from the panhandlers and then get accosted by them before I even get to order and then to be badly spoken to for not giving them anything. This needs to be addressed and cleaned up. I would not recommend this drive thur at this time to anyone.
Product is always great, however why must we all be bothered by the panhandlers on the order island & adjacent to the pick up window.Good Gawd, This is Private Property & this issue has been going on for years, Please deal with this issue.

What a joke! John very rude and is the reason for this review. Never order a yogurt parfait here and don’t expect any customer service from them when they have garbage products. Order the same everywhere else in the city and it awesome every time. This place hides it in a bag and the. It’s a less than half filled cup with about 3 berries that were clearly frozen for yrs and are mush ontop, I roll around to address what the mistake is here and the offer me the same sad looking one as an exchange. No thanks I told them I’ll take my money back pls. This is when John the “manager” tossed the change back in my hand sarcastically telling me to have a nice day and not apologizing for a thing. This is a very simple order and I wouldn’t care but johns reaction and attitude was appalling and shrug off-ish. I will not ever go back the this location the is a Mc Donald’s next door that has much better management

More than once the girl at the window has attempted to keep my change and when asked for my change she tries to give me a tray instead of my change. Not a good place to go for coffee.
This Tims is super close to my school and I go here almost everyday but they often mess up my order and there are certain staff who are fairly rude not a great store
The Little lady at the counter today early this morning was so polite . She was fast and made one of the best cups of tea I have had from Tim Hortons. I think if more employees were this good, I wouldn't drink tea at home . Thank you to her. She made my snowy blistering morning just a little bit warmer.
