I ordered coffee and some other stuff. I waited for more than 10 minutes. Then my order was handover by a girl name sukh. She missed one of the item and i asked her about missing food item. She replied very rudely and her attitude was not professional.She refused to give me the missing item and requested her. Same thing happened earlier before with me and the same employee. I am really disappointed and I have remained a customer since last 10 years. I have not seen staff member with such bad behaviour from a employee of Tim Horton.
The staff were focussed on the drive thru. Took more then 10 minutes to ask me for my order with no 1 in front of me. Then finally said we're only accepting cash. Then was mad when I pointed out she forgot my change. All this and it wasn't busy.
The lineup was long, but moved pretty good. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel double toasted with butter and a large double double. I got a plain bagel double toasted with butter. I like Tim Hortons, and the 4th star I gave was because of the double toasting...I didn't even eat the whole PLAIN bagel ?
Tim Hortons seems to be getting more and more chaotic. One staff taking orders in store and everyone else on drive thru. I avoid the drive thru because 80% of the time my order is messed up. So I go in to order and it's one comedy after another. They put my husband's order in with skip the dishes. Gave him coffee instead of tea. 2nd round of tea has cream when it should have been milk. 3rd round is coffee again...and this is a common occurrence. Sigh....
Drive thru wait is always different, depends on time of the day. Got the new French vanilla cold brew , finally got one that looks like the advertised photo!
It may be busy through drive through, but DAN I expect my bacon to be cooked not half raw!! Not impressed will avoid this Timmies in the future!
Tonight was quite slow to get our drinks. I do appreciate that they did make a hot chocolate with extra milk for the little one in the car.
Not sure why this company is so behind in offering vegan and plant based options...only minimal attempt . The plant based sausage is in a non vegan bun and dairy cheese. No donuts or buns that are vegan. Growing number of customers are wanting these options.
Wow the scent if the new hazelnut latte just wafts into the vehicle through the drive thru window. Service was fast, friendly and courteous, coffee was on point
Mayank Manger was so rude. Please do not recommend this store there is worse customer service. The manager yelled at me. Scew this store. Please do not go there. This manger needs to be fired. If you cant work please find a job which you love.
