Rudest staff of any location. They do not let you know when they scan your card or app if the weekly offer was applied. Often youcan hear them laughing or yelling in languages other than english on the drive thru speaker and the same thing when you get to the window. Clearly they would have to know english to work there so this is rude. They also ignore you when you get to the window. There is one female employee on in the evening who never smiles and talks harshly at the drive thru. You never receive your order in a bag or any napkins, cutlery or condiments which you would expect when getting fast food or takeout. If they hand you your wrap or sandwich without a bag it almost falls out of the thin wrapper and on to the ground, so its very messy. For a donut they never put it in a box and if you ask they either say no or give you attitude after they do it as if its that much extra work. I have said on so many surveys and emails to the office and customer service that this is important as the bag will stick to the donut and remove all the toppings and glaze. Then it is very hard to remove it from the donut.
I picked up for someone else in the car. I'm a celiac and Tim Hortons GF options really suck. Even their coffee cups has flour residue on them to keep them from sticking.
I ordered 1 donut and a box of timbits. She charged me for 2 donuts and seemed upset when I pointed out the error. She also gave me the wrong timbits and the ones I did want were barely even cooked. I was also the only one inside at the time as well. Very disappointed with tonight’s service.
Terrible service, one person in line then myself, no cars in out door line. There was one person serving the custom ahead of me. It took about 10 minutes there were other staff member behind the counter all chatting away and not wanting to take my order! Left the building with out an order!
If there will be a option of no stars or points in minus I will give it to them. I think this tim is the slowest one in whole Canada. It doesn’t matter if they are busy or not they still gonna take 20 min to complete your order. On the top of that always give wrong orders and taste is like?. Its better to change the staff or at least give them proper training how to behave with your customers. Workers are so rude there even the supervisor as well. Whoever the owner is you need to take care what your people are doing there.
The worse edible stuff ever have had.Always take much time than expected. Recommended to donate your money instead of speading there.

Arrange more workers in night shift or change ur staff. we didn't get enough time to eat our food .Everytime we have to wait more than 15 minutes. we just got 30 minutes break not 1 hour break. please do something.Thanks.
Takes too long to just take order, have to wait for 15 minutes to just order. Hardly have something to eat. Too slow, just waste your time even when whole drive through is empty.
This is the worst tim Hortons i have ever been. Night service is super slow and employees at night shift don’t know how to make order. They give wrong orders a lot and take so much time for the order even there are less people like more than half an hour. It is happening more than month. Employee didn’t pay attention to the work.It’s a humble request to take action towards the employees.
Love all the food and beverages at most of the Tim's locations. The customer service and coffee here was excellent and fast!
