Good service, it is a busy location depending what time you go and the parking lot isn't very big so limited parking.
The absolute slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been to. And it's consistently slow, not just during rush hour times.I've stood in line for 10 minutes without moving today. Line is out the door. This is embarrassing to the franchise.

The old employees are all gone, different manager and it has all gone to garbage. 8/10 times my coffee order is wrong and I have to go back to get my right order. I don’t know why it’s so difficult to put milk in coffee?! Robots are just used to cream….I stopped going there. I’d rather make my own coffee or go to McDonald’s for coffee.
Tims is always a great place for coffee and some quick bites.So the place is a bit small but that's not why it got 3 Stars. The reason for that is because the tables were not clean. The bagel took a lot of time (which I really did not mind) but then the cream cheese on the bagel was very unevenly spread. It had too much on one side and nothing on the other side.Customer service could do with more politeness and 'service with a smile' attitude.
My coworker and I were behind 1 person when we arrived. 9 minutes later we still hadn't been greeted or had our orders taken. They looked at me like I was stupid when I asked why we aren't being served. No one had an answer. They just ignored us.
It's a Tim's. This one is nice because it doesn't have a drive thru but it would have also been nice if it had a drive thru when the weather is terrible like today. Can't believe the ____ weather we've been having lately. Blizzards and now freezing rain and wind. Feels like it will never be summer or even a real spring either.
I made a mobile order this morning (coffee for twelve). When reached the restaurant showed then the order# , pronounced it second time then third time... then they asked under which name.. I was not sure which name I am using on the app... I told them that I am not sure... Lady at reception starts showing us evil eyes and continuously staring at us angerly....
Went to this location today and, ate inside. It was very slow service and took forever for the new Harvest sausage n egg breakfast sandwiches. Not sure why. ?♀️ Overall not great..service, food, atmosphere. ?
I been there today just now usually staff behaves good but today there was a young girl from staffnamed Manpreet she was out of her mind. When I started ordering she started shouting on me said I am rude to her and kept shouting and pointing on me. I didn't say anything wrong and I was simply giving my order. I asked her why are you doing this?What I said wrong to you? But no REPLY! She left the counter and went inside. Other staff was there and no doubt they were nice , calm and quiet.My question is to the management is that they should take action on this incident. So, it would not happen to other customers.Even you can check the cameras around 4:40pm 6th march,2022.Here I found one more review on Manpreet, two months earlier.
