This location should stop hiring stoner 19 year olds who are too baked to know a muffin from a sandwich. Don’t smoke before work if it renders you incapable of handling a basic drive-thru position.Guy didn’t tell me the total before I paid then somehow handed me half of my order and half of a different order and had to correct it. No wonder all the reviews are complaining about slow service — does this guy get anyone’s order right the first time?
This how much they are giving you at the restaurant now talk a cutting back. Not going back there again store has gone down hill and they charge me sauces i didnt ask for.

We just sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes for 2 donuts.. absolutely ridiculous slowest tims I’ve ever been too, always a bad experience when I come here.
I wouldn’t mind how slow it is if my order was prepared correct more than half the time. Also don’t trust them to put almond milk in a coffee, had allergic reactions too many times to risk it (dairy allergy). Food/pastries are always great however.
This is the second time they provided a wrong order. I cannot ingest sugar and go figure, my coffee has it. People have specific health issues and orders should be accurate for these reasons.
Get feeling place is operatedon a shie string budget..went oir lunch approx 1 p.m. ordered a soup and sandwich combo no white bread only whole wheat.Told me that after i ordered and paid. Soup had hardly any noodkes mainly water and cold too . Place has gone down hill
If I could give 0 stars I would. They only focus on the drive thru, waited 15 mins in store had to repeat my order and clarify at least 5 times then order came out wrong. Need ppl who can speak and understand English. Will not be back

When you order the new steak and egg sandwich and you get it…with no egg. Also got two farmers wraps made differently and they didn’t mark the boxes in anyway. Not a huge deal just highly disappointing
