Stopped by the drive through for this tim hortons last weekend. Ordered a sandwich, a bowl, a couple drinks and a bagel. Was about 5 minutes or so in the drive through, a bit longer then what was expected which was fine but not great. Parked in the parking lot to eat and my girlfriend noticed the bowl she ordered (habanero chicken bowl) wasn't correct (chili bowl). I went inside to exchange this (I know mistakes happen). The person asked what I ordered and I reconfirmed it, took about 5 more minutes, maybe more and was given another bowl, however when the staff presented it to me they called it the cilantro lime chicken bowl. I exclaimed that I had ordered another item. They clearly were frustrated at that point, and proceeded to make me another bowl. Another 5 minutes passed, I was presented with another bowl. It looked very unsatisfactory but my girlfriend ate it anyways, wasn't very good. I proceeded to eat my sandwich, which had mayo on it which I very clearly elaborated my order request when in the drive through, but proceeded to eat it anyways as I was hungry and tired of waiting. Probably my worst experience at a time hortons ever.
Bad customer service. I have points for a free bagel 70pts) and a coupon for iced coffee. They keep saying they gave me a discount on iced coffee but not free bagel and they can't scan my card for another 30 mins. LOL they put untrained staff on drive thru and doesn't know what to do which makes everything wrong and slower. I asked for the manager but the staff who i can't properly understand her english told me no for several times and she keeps talking back to me when i wanted the manager. But guess what! Manager can't speak english properly too. Ended up wasting my whole break from work arguing and left with no food or drink. Don't go to this location, you're just wasting your time.Poor training on staff and i dont know how managers can't communicate well in english.
No customer service what so ever. It's like ordering from a robot at the till. No greeting no acknowledgment no thank you. Just a grunt and you have to confirm everything yourself. I can't believe the manager would allow this unless they are the same.Seems all outlets are the same now at Tim'sThey need to get trained on Canadian customer service.
I will drive the extra clicks to get to this Timmies since their employees are friendly & helpful. The other location on Portage Ave and Sprague St hired some staff who are rude AF!. The last time I was at their drive thru, no one was responding when I was ordering which made me think that they were closed. So, I pulled up to the window and this dude was just standing there on his cellphone. I waved and he opened the drive thru window and asked me rudely, "Yes?!" I asked if they were open and he says, "Yes! I'm on the phone so what do you want from me??!!"then he shut the window & walked away! I couldn't believe THAT just happened. WOW!? Never been back there since.
I pretty much go here everymorning. Almost everyone recognizes me and treat me with kindness everyday. Very energetic staff.
Needed a place to meet regarding an organization that I volunteer with. This worked great to discuss the plans and develop an agenda. Thank you for being accommodating.
Be careful what you ordering check for hairs inside.
