Customer service is poor. They give you your donuts in a bag that gets stuck to the food (unless you specify to have it put into a to-go box). If you specify your order is for inside, ¾ of the time, they will still put it in a to-go bag. On top of that, Tims has now reduced the amount of bread you get with your $5.00 bowl of chilli soup. And if you order from the kiosk by the doors, not all the drinks that are available in store are listed on the machine (been like that for weeks at least).
They had a couple great employees before. Service was great. Ever since they left the speed has gone way done. Can't even keep up with a line of 3 without a 10 minute wait.
Food and beverages were correct.But didn't like the experience of visit cause a pan handler was asking for money well in dining room and workers didn't address the issue.
My mom and I came here she asked for extra mayo never got it the bacon was paper thin my chicken bacon ranch wrap was watery and flavorless and they wouldn't let us have our points after we downloaded the Tim's app so we couldn't roll up our trims boooooo tummies very disapointed
My first time here, and I ordered a bacon farmer wrap, it was cold and the girl who was making my order was rude when I asked her to add more sauce on it, she said she already wrapped when it was not, she wrapped in front of me and told me she already wrapped and just grilled, but still cold, she placed the wrap in a paper.

Turkey Bacon Sub meal was extremely salty. Having Timmy Sub often, this one was unusually distasteful and salty. Attendants were completely immersed in conversation and almost oblivious to the work at hand. Not going to stop there for a while.
I understand that it is winter and cold but I swear the ambulance or firemen are here everytime I go dealing with someone or something. Great food and service though! Which is really what counts isn't it!
