Ordered pad sew and the noodles were undercooked, so they were hard to chew. Also contained almost no vegetables, just noodles and chicken. I'm usually a fan of That Express but this meal wasn't up to par.
It was our favorite food in this shopping mall and the pad thai we got was dreadful. Employee are super slow and gnoring customer.

Thai express male workers are extremely creepy. My friend works at this mall and she is being constantly harassed by them. We have tried to tell them to stop but the workers and the manager don’t seem to care. This is an issue that should be addressed by the owner because we are extremely stressed about my friends safety. This is the only way to catch the owners attention as the owner is never at the store. Hope it’s resolved soon.
Pad thai was awful. Almost all noodles, 3 or 4 pieces of green onions and what looked like shredded, scrap pièces of chicken. Did not eat it. Most unappetizing.
Have had good food here before so went back. What a mistake! Ordered veggie stir fry on rice with ginger. Don't know what they threw in there for flavour but it was bad. And those little corn cobs were bad also. Won't be back there.
The other locations are better. This one gives small portions and not cooked that tasty

I wish I could give them -5 for their bad attitude and the differential treatment of customers. With out getting into the details, I want the owners of the restaurant to know that they should refrain from making assumption that people from different background would not know the kind of food they are serving. Also, I would like to state that they are expected to treat customers equally, not based on their looks. I am putting this review based on the differential treatment you displayed while serving us and others on last Saturday, March 20, 2021.
