Worst Thai express in the city, go to the one in Tuxedo near Ikea.
No disrespect to the workers but this really was the worst pad thai I've had in every way. I'm quite sad about wasting 13 dollars.I waited 15 minutes for it, with only two people ordering small dishes ahead of me. They gave 1/3 less food than other locations. The spices were imbalanced. The noodles were dry. I had unchewable pieces of I don't even know what inside. I got a stomach ache after.Just go to the Polo Park location. Really unhappy. I ordered other food to match this meal which had gotten completely cold by the they finished. Never going again.
The food here is always good, but the staff here today was excellent. My girlfriend started coughing from a dry spot in her throat as she was starting to order. The woman serving us asked right away if she needed water and got my girlfriend a cup. Unfortunately, their debit/credit machine was down and so cash only. The order was $26.40, but we only had $26.10 on us. The woman serving us said that's ok, it's fine and made our order.This happened literally a few seconds ago and customer service like that should definitely be given a positive review. Someone should give this lady a raise. :)
I guess times have changed, my chicken stir fry came with 4 of the smallest pieces of chicken ive seen and a child sized handful of vegetables, the rest was just oily, saucy rice. Up until now this was my go-to meal at the mall but I can't say I'm likely to come back.
Wait 20 mins to get my food… they are super slow. These 2 girls clearly not familiar with cooking. It waste my lunch time.
Only one limp shrimp in my roll. Chicken was limp too. Rolls were hand made on the spot.

Literally the worst thai express in winnipeg. Polo park is so much better. Came by and they were out of beef? Like what? Polo parks staff and quality of food is much better Lol.
Staff needs to be changed or better training. Everytime I go there they never listen to your order properly. Extra spicy please. Nope not 1 spec of heat. No noodle please, they stare at you and then soup comes with noodles.
