We hosted a private party at Taverna last night. It was AMAZING. Monika and her stuff busted their butts making sure everything was perfect. I came to them with my budget and they worked well within it. Restaurant is always clean and organized. Staff was AWESOME, friendly and worked so hard. Food was FRESH, hot and in abundance. Everyone was talking about it! Really cant thank them enough!Highly recommend doing an event with them.
We went there for a private event and really were expecting a few appetizers and good visits with friends. What we got was minds blown because this is the most amazing Greek food we had ever had. I have never been a fan of lemon potatoes but these melted in your mouth like butter. The Greek salad was amazingly fresh right down to the olives. The ribs & chicken souvlaki were perfectly seasoned & went perfectly with the pita, hummus & whipped feta. The spanakopita was my favorite. Flakey wedges of love you know someone made by hand. We will be back and I don't know if I will ever stop talking about how good this place was!

First time here. Had the bbq ribs. Very tasty and fell off the bone. Came with salad, mushrooms, potato and veggies. All were excellent. Decaf coffee was great. Service was great. Will return and try something different.
Went here for my b day dinner, first time and we be going back. The server was friendly but she was not very up on the menu. We ordered and the food came quick and it was delicious. The lemon rice soup is best I have had. The servings are massive. Like no way I had a chance to finish my Greek Platter and the other diner had the club house and could not finish either. They have me a b day dessert to take home which they totally did not have to do. So will be going back. The prices are very reasonable for what you are getting. This place is a gem.
I was there for lunch, I had chicken souvlaki and my brother had liver and onions! The cream of mushroom soup was amazing! Huge portions of fries and salad! Highly recommend

my favorite restaurant..... bar none.
So we had dinner at this restaurant last wknd. The service was great, the food was okay. A few of us had gyros & there was far too much tzatziki sauce on them. My husband had the Greek ribs & he enjoyed them. Anyhow I don't typically write reviews but this time I felt the need. My husband went to the washroom & slipped on the oily floors & fell flat on his back! There was some sort of greasy film on the them & talk about dangerous! We advised the owner of the restaurant & she did her due diligence by mopping the floors & asking if my husband was okay. Of course he said he was fine because I think A. he was in shock & B. his ego was a little hurt. Also, things usually don't set in until the next day. So here we are 5 days later & his shoulder is killing him! The worst part is two customers saw him fall & did not ask if he was okay. They just continued on with their conversation! We kind of felt the owner could have done more to make it up to my husband. Hey perhaps a gift card to come back & have a better experience or even a small discount at the least?! Nope, nothing but "as long as you're okay!". We won't be back!
