Excellent atmosphere! Food is good, drinks are great, and the service is unmatched! I was lucky enough to have Maria serving my table and she didn’t miss a beat! She ensured we were looked after at all times! We had a blast and would highly recommend Tavern Polo Park!
Visited this place a few times over the weekend as we were staying at the hotel, we did have some frustrating service at times, however we ended up getting a server named Brie. She was the absolute best! Didn't wait long on food or drinks with her serving us and always had a smile on, Big thank you to her for treating us like gold for our last couple vists there! Would come back for sure!
Mikayla was our server tonight and she was nothing short of spectacular. Great service and she had such amazing energy. I will always come back here and hope she is working. 5 stars
I came in last weekend and had an epic experience! Our server was Nicole and she got us to a perfect level of (legally and safely) drunk with her expertise of the menu and delicious drink suggestions! Not only was her menu knowledge superb, but her ability to upsell was truly outstanding. I had asked for the Mac and cheese bites and she hinted at also getting the fried pickles as there was a special… and let me tell you that was the best $20 I have ever spent! Everything was delivered in a timely manner and with what I knew was a warm smile under her COVID conscious face mask. Not to mention we had a large party which she handled with such grace! She even shared some personal anecdotes which made the experience so magical and special. Overall, a great place for some appy’s and drinks and exceptional service! Will be returning.
Definitely not going back. First girl who assisted us did not look happy when we came in with our kids. She left and didnt come back. Someone else had to ask if someone already took our order. Food was late our fries were cold. And lastly we got boxes for our food. But no one came back so we can pay. I had to go up to one of the girls to ask for our bill. Place wasnt packed packed. So definitely not going back!

Had a great time! Received such great service from our server, Presley!. A great place to hang with your friends and food was amazing. Highly recommend!
First “bad service experience” at this location. Server was nice and got our drinks and orders fast, but never came back once to check on me and my friend once. Never came to ask if we needed refills. Washed my meal down with ice chips. Then needed to ask the “non polite” manager on duty for our bill. Acted as though we were nuisances instead of patrons. Also it was not busy half the restaurant was closed. Never going back to this location based on this experience, I recommend you dine elsewhere if you don’t wish to develop a nasty resentment.
Threw a surprise nurses retirement party for a college. Party went out without a hitch.Service was excellent even with people not staying in their own sits all night the server was very good about it all. Food was great, drinks flowing all evening. Thank you Eric and team!!! Will definitely go back for a big party again!!!
When we came in Bree & Trisha and Carly we’re excellent and we really appreciate there service :) me and my girlfriend will definitely come back again because of there service!! <3
