Came by way before close to get a burrito and the staff here have a habbit of locking the entrance. Stood around in the pouring rain and got soaked while banging on the door and windows. Complete disregard for the customers who might be stuck outside in the rain.Update: came by for a burrito and I got called out for taking a picture by this employee (who you can barely even see) in a very hostile manner and was threatening to take MY picture for some reason. I dont think I will be coming back. Highly NOT recommended.
Lovely food and was overall pretty clean. Only negative for me is the driving time for us but that's on us.Will be back.

Ordered takeout… tacos came rolled up in tinfoil all mashed up and not appetizing. Maybe it’s good in person but my tacos were soggy and cold.
5 stars across the board, A+!! First time customer, BEST mexican food in the city hands down!! I will be a repeat customer. Great job Taco Del Mar! I had the burrito with ground beef and other toppings. It. Was. Actually. Heavy. SO YUM!!
Sad excuse for a burrito. Ordered a fish burrito, and they were out of fish. Settled for a veggie burrito for same price, except they skimped out on the veggies. Asked for more guac, and was told it would cost extra. Burrito was half the size of any other burrito anywhere else. Bunch of cheapskates. The girl who served me was wearing a Subway shirt. One employee working both restaurants? Waste of money. Pathetic.

Prompt service, good food.
Overall a good place for a burrito. I know the owner, he is very friendly. I wish they had good quality battered fish for their burrito, but that is hard to come by in Winnipeg.
