The bean burrito was so flat mostly tortilla and the cheese tasted old…the tacos had caesar salad dressing instead of sour cream. What the heck
Horrible experience in the drive they. Lady was talking to fast got our order wrong. And got mad at me when I changed my mind and wanted a combo. What kind of service is this.
A brand new person was working the register and I waited 10 minutes before being able to order despite being the only other person in the store. Several of the staff seemed new as there was a sense of general confusion about what I was trying to order (fries supreme and two supreme soft tacos). At one point, three people were punching my order in. I was extremely disappointed by the quality of the food once I got home. The shells of the tacos were stale in places and the fries supreme were made with some of the oldest fries I've ever seen. As someone who works in fast food (manager at McDonald's), I was appalled by the quality. The fries were rock hard.
Horrible no hot water to wash hands. Freezing inside couldn't even enjoy my meal
Staff are super chill and nice. Chicken tastes like they recently replaced the fryer, and fries are pretty good.

My recommendation when you want KFC Taco Bell skip this location it's hands down the worst Food and customer service of all locations in the City.If there was a zero star Rating they would have it.
The food was what you expect from Taco Bell. Tried the quesalupa which was good. What sucked was due to Construction and they needed more time and I needed to go park and wait. They ask for your number and call when it's done but then you have to drive onto the street and back through the drive through to get your food and have to wait again. They didn't run out the food to my car like every other place.
