Don’t know how they did it but they had forgotten to make my order twice on two separate occasions, including today. Not only that, but I usually wait 10 mins to make an order and 15 mins for my food. Today was extra long since they had forgotten about my order due to communication problems.All the waiting is not becoming worth it, even if it’s Taco Bell food.
Ordered delivery, they forgot my burrito and a straw. Packing was very poor. Very disappointing experience.
The carbonated pop machine wasn't working properly, so we told them but they didn't do anything to fix it
Really gross Taco Bell experience. When it hits, it hits. When it’s bad it’s really bad though. This was really bad. Seems like they use old oil or something. Think I’m going to take a break from Taco Bell for a while after this one
Went through drive through but the intercom was broken and you had to wait for 1 person at a time to place an order, pay & collect your food then the next customer could pull up and order by the same process..... no service goals are getting met under this process lol. Food was decent for fast food.
last week I asked for Pepsi they gave me ice tea. this week there drive-thru intercom was broken so I told her at the window. they gave me a Pepsi that was sitting in its cup so long that the cup was soggy. It was cold which means that they probably filled a bunch of to-go cups multiple days ago and handed them out. it was flat and I had to be careful every time I picked it up to not squeeze it like a children's juice box.
Maybe it's just me, but I never get taco chips or shell for taco salad?!??

TERRIBLE customer service, the most negative trash experience I’ve ever had in my LIFE!!Sign was lit up, inside was lit up, window was open, hours on the website for this location say 11pm! Sat at the intercom for 5 mins with a line behind me, nobody said anything, went to the window, they ignored us for 10 minutes til we said hello? We let the manager know there was upset customers waiting & he said I know & just gave attitude. No apology, didn’t acknowledge our existence & now there’s just a bunch of hangry people that will never come back. -89/10 ! the manager is RUDE.
