I absolutely love this place , it is a hidden gem , the sushi is amazing and their Korean food was a delightful surprise. The meals came with lovely misco soup and some lovely side dishes . I would highly recommend dining here !
Amazing sushi! I always get the veggie caterpillar roll and deep pepper roll and they’re always a 10/10! Their tempura is good too. As a vegetarian, it’s nice to have fancy options for sushi since many places don’t. The deep pepper roll is one of the best rolls I’ve ever had! It’s a bit pricy and takes some time to make, but it’s worth it. The rolls are big!
Always an amazing experience. Staff are friendly, and I love the little extras they give with your meal. My favourite is the little orange that is always sweet and sliced with little toothpicks in them.
We had Deep Pepper, veggie Caterpillar, AAC roll, spicy Salmon roll, and yam tempura. Everything was perfect we kept going from one to the next, not sure which our favorites were because everything was so good. Highly recommend. Courteous and responsive staff made an excellent and delicious meal.
We ordered 육개장 and 순두부찌개.Very delicious and Korean authentic cuisine. Never disappointed and will definitely go there again when revisiting Winnipeg.
Solid sushi, fast service and good prices. Well worth a try! Everything tasted fresh and if I’m in the neighbourhood again, I would come back. However, at least the rolls I tried (black dragon and kamikaze), were nothing to write home about, and I probably won’t take a special trip to come back.
Owners are really friendly. Miso soup and salad are included per person - such a nice treat! Good sushi and Korean food. Will come back again!
I ordered 2 x bulgogi boxes and a crispy shrimp roll via DoorDash. The bulgogi boxes were delicious but the crispy shrimp rolls did not taste fresh at all. The sushi rice were a bit hard. Pity. First and last time I’ll be ordering from them.
On the evening of February 11th I decided to go to this establishment for dinner, when we walked in the door we asked for a table for 2 at which point the waiter looked around like he was slammed with customers…there were only 2 tables seated so it wasn’t busy, sat down for a half hour without any acknowledgement from staff and decided to leave very frustrated as it was like we were never there, cannot comment on the food as I wasn’t even offered a glass of water so overall service was 0/10 would not recommend anyone to visit this restaurant.
Wonderful little restaurant, some delicious and unique rolls, excellent and polite service. You must try some of their special rolls.
