Great place I revisited after 15 years. Missed the great quality sushi they crank out! They have a very diverse menu, from build your own Ramen bowl to Poke bowls and standard sushi offerings.Tucked away in a corner near London Drugs I think it is often missed when St Vital mall goers are looking for something to eat!Search them out and enjoy!
Reviews seem to be super mixed here, for a very recent review, I've only got positive things to say. We only had sushi so won't speak for the other dishes, but they had some great original menu items and quality was high with fresh ingredients. Some rolls are a lower count for total pieces, but they're huge rolls. Delivered fresh. If you're on the fence try it out, if you had a bad experience previously, I'd try it again.

Food was delicious, service was super fast! Got our appetizers and main dishes in no time. Highly recommend the chicken karaage ramen (pictured) and the shoyu ramen. Definitely coming back soon to try the sushi!
Ordered take out from this fantastic sushi restaurant every month. Love all the varieties of different type of rolls. Worth to try and the taste are fabulous ?. Won't order sushi from anywhere else
One of the Worst Sushi I had in a long time. Extremely bland. Ordered 3 of their special items yet it was really bad. Will never try again. Normally I eat from Kazoku in pembina or J.C. Sushi from Bridgewater Center. Both are great place.
Ordered takeout for NYE after two other sushi places cancelled our orders (after three hours waiting). Sushi Gozen took our order, it came in a short time and it was delicious! New Years was saved
I give this place five stars. Helpful service, freshly made and well plated. If have to say you must know your stuff if you've got over 200 items on your menu. This place should expand with more seating and even catering if not yet doing so. Loved every bite slurp every sip and look forward to enjoying other items yet to have ventured!
My best favorite sushi restaurant in winnipeg at the moment. I'm so in love with the "melt-in-your-mouth" signature rolls, both salmon and tuna version are amazingggg. Oyster tempura so good, if you are a fan of oyster trust me you will love it. I don't usually eat sashimi as i don't like raw fish, but i like all the sushi graded fish here, not "fishy" smell but it tastes so fresh. Also, their torched salmon nigiri is delicious.Wrap up, friendly staffs, food is amazing, good price for a cozy family dinner.
Ordered for delivery so I can't say much about service but the food was mediocre.I got the ramen set with Tonkutsu, Takoyaki, and Tiger Roll. Takoyaki was not fresh but it was delivered so whatever I guess. The Tonkutsu ramen was not that flavorful. Defintely have had way better ramen elsewhere. I also only got two pieces of pork and one small naruto. But the most disappointing part of the order was the Tiger Roll. Roll was small and barely had any salmon but was packed with cucumbers.Will never order here again.
