Really delicious,I deducted 1 star because the environment is not ideal, it is not bed for sure but it can be better. I mean small things like the entrance door has seen its better days etc.PS tuna maki - the best I’ve ever tasted.
Nice local sushi restaurant with fantastic service.\\n\\nCame in for a dinner and there was a short wait. Restaurant took my number and called me when a table was ready.\\n\\nMenu selection is fairly broad, and the printed menu doesn't contain descriptions of some of the rolls. On the table there is a QR code to an electronic menu that does contain some descriptions of the menu items.\\n\\nPrices are very reasonable for rolls, although the rolls are a little on the smaller side then what I'm used to. Found the quality fairly good, and had ordered spicy tuna roll and a dynamite roll. Both came fairly quickly, spicy tuna roll was topped with sriracha, not the usual spicy mayonnaise that you might encounter normally.
Visiting from out of town and went with a friend around 630pm on a Friday and we had to wait for a table. They took down our number and we waited in the car. We called them back after waiting longer then were told and they had the phone number written down wrong so, we had to wait a lil longer since they didnt have a table free again. But it was worth the wait! And they gave us free pop for having to wait longer with the phone number mix up. Nice they have takeout as an option too! We had been here a number of years ago so wanted to try again and still excellent!
Fantastic Sushi Restaurant, good quality food, looks clean, staff are polite and well mannered. Tables are currently spaced out and they currently check for Vaccine Card and ID.
Our first time there and it was great and delicious. Plenty of options for all tastes. Miso soup was amazing.Great dishes for reasonable prices.
I have always been a fan of Sushi Cushi since it opened in Winnipeg. They have good prices, a variety of items and quick service. Quality of sushi is average but tasty and a good option for budget friendly sushi.My go-to items are pictured here:- Sunomono Salad (with shrimp),- Sushi Pizza,- Bakudan Maki,- Calamari Maki,- Smoked Salmon Maki,- and the Volcano roll!
It’s fine for a quick bite. Not running back. Everyone around had fried rolls. If this is you then you need this place. I want raw fish and great serves. They have great service. The wait Can be long. Also this last visit had awesome raw fish.
Good choice when we went here for my birthday, you get good food, not get bloated but satisfied. If I could request... if you can add ramens too!
Me and my girlfriend ordered beforehand just to make sure our food was ready before we got there, well the lady said that we could dine in since she’s making an exception this time and that they don’t usually let people dine when they order by the phone. Only gave us 2 small plates and didn’t even ask us if we wanted any water, this place made us feel like we were outsiders and I’m not sure how all of you train your staff but giving attitude and being unfriendly towards your “paying customers” surely isn’t the right thing to do. I would definitely not recommend going to this place at all.
