Isaac at 2389 ness is always so nice and provides an exceptional service from beginning to end. My food is always prepared on time and is very tasty. The staff don't get enough credit for all of their hard work. Keep up the good work
Staff is very rude and have some other level attitude. Ordered Friday night from Uber and what i got lol I ordered 2 footlong veggie but it doesn’t have enough veggies there only 2 pieces of tomatoes slice of onion and some lettuce after it delivered I saw it has nothing in sub right away called the store and the girl answered in such a way that it’s not there fault it’s mine and then she offered coke and get one free sub are you kidding me I ordered it from Uber because I can’t came in that time when I said okay will get it tomorrow morning she said ok thanks bye I was saying something to you and she hang up the phone I leave it that time but next day when my husband go there they start making excuses oh manager is not answering we don’t have authority to do this that and lady there wasted his 20 mins thereIs that your customer service??
Horrible customer service. Ordered on the app and it wasn't ready on time and they got all 3 subs wrong even though it's on paper. Missing veggies, sauce, cheese, toasting. The manager, Carol, phoned me and instead of good customer service, proceeded to give excuses, accuse me of lying and raised her voice. Absolutely brutal.
If I could put zero stars I would. Febuary 12, 2022 order number 1062C44F-98 at 6:25pm. Order was not prepared when I entered as it said on the online order and when I arrived and asked the staff why they were not ready they jestured at the sandwiches and said were just making them. As they were being prepared the amount of toppings did not reflect the order specific amount (i.e extra onions) the sandwiches had strands of toppings and were not even correct. One sandwich in perticular had the wrong type of cheese and the employee said "oh i assumed that both sandwiches would have the same cheese can I just put the other one on top" surprised by the idiocy it would take to mess up an order that is WRITTEN out on a bill for you to follow I agreed but this should not have happened in the first place. Another sandwich that we ordered (we only ordered 3) had the WRONG bread. How hard is it to put toppings on top of bread and choose the correct bread. All 3 sandwiches are not toasted either as requested. I would like a full refund and some compensation for this idioticy and I hope the staff working that night are repremanded.
Manager is extremely rude and cranky would not recommend going here they also toasted a sub I said not to toast

The girl working was as pleasant as could be! Very patient and bubbly with all 3 customers i was there for.. such a nice things to see these days...i didnt get her name unfortunately but we were there between 3 and 4 on Sunday the 5th. Did a great job and food was great...store was clean/organized as well.

Poor experience for August 26, 2021, 11.56 pm. Subway was open, I entered, step forwarded to make order, staff discussed and told me that we are just heading to close, so I asked them, that you need to close before my entrance, and need to turn off the sign of open, they said I was just to turn it off. So they make me out of subway by giving this excuse. poor staff, they are not supposed to close before 12 am. Just for work saving, and after recognizing that I'm a south Asian they denied,
