Been here two times and bruh the way they treat brown people is worst. First time they assumed that I am delivery driver even though I had order like 2 min ago. Today I ordered through the app and was waiting at the pick up for like 5 minutes no one bothered to ask was staring at me from far away. Racism at its best. If you are brown they will either assume that you are delivery driver or they will not bother to help you out

Worst experience ever in a Cafe. Tim's is way better then this. The floor was all dirty, chairs and benches again so gross. Staff is rude, unpleasant and service is terrible. We go to Starbucks for the best service but this outlet is Worst.

We went to this store on Jan 23 to redeem a free drink as Starbucks was having promotion that time, but the Asian face male barista (I don’t know his name but I know he works there for a long time, because I was a regular customer) refuses to redeem the free drink for us. The promotion was to order a drink thru Starbucks app on certain days then you will get a free drink for reward. We told him we have met the requirements to redeem and be able to prove, then he told us because we ordered a customized drink so the reward doesn’t apply to us and refused to redeem for us. Like WTH? The rules in promotion details didn’t even say anything about it and you just figured that out by yourself??? At the end, we had to purchased from our own pocket. Then we went to different store and told them the same situation and they redeemed the reward immediately without questioning.Very disappointed to this guy, shame on you!!
To be the only person in line to place an order and after pulling up to the cashier window having to wait 7 min for your coffee (as it sits there) while the cashier takes orders of 6 vehicles whom have pulled in after you is just plain stupid, train your employees better!
Excellent service unlike Steinbach branch. You wait in line for a long time just to get a different drink that you didn't even order.
Absolutely wonderful baristas. The coffee is delicious. Unfortunately, they were all out of peppermint mocha, peppermint hot chocolate and cafe mocha. But the barista was quick to make recommendations and we enjoyed our drink. Thank you! ?
