Avoid a woman staff member with glasses name "Ree". Bought two drinks through drive thru this evening. One of it pour into my hand when the staff gave it to me, because she didnt close the lid. She didnt say sorry, and instead she said it is my fault because there was a lid on it. And she closed the window very quickly and chat with other staff instead. Very rude.
I really like their Frappuccinos. That’s it. If I were a coffee drinker, this would be my favourite place for coffee. However, since I don’t drink coffee or tea, it’s just Frappuccinos for me whenever I’m in the mood for one. The people over there are very nice too. I really appreciate them.
3 times now ive been told they are understaffed and cant serve me unless I go threw the drive thru, there was 2 cars in the drive thru and me the only person inside, 3 staff cant deal with that? Retrain or hire more, horribly ran place, sounds like the staff were just being lazy and didnt want to deal with in person orders
Longer waits typically at this location, however staff is always friendly and accommodating. Has drive thru.
I have been to this store a buch of times and the store is amazing, the staff is really nice and make some of the best drinks and always to perfection.
This is the “oatmeal” with a “splash of coconut milk” I received 10 min ago from this Starbucks. This is practically soup and not what I paid for. Has happened multiple times before.
far too busy at this location. drive thru have to wait upwards of 30 minutes, drinks never on time, and drinks are usually subpar compared to other locations. i usually try to avoid this location
They literally had people sitting down and told me I couldn’t cuz the seating area was closed?!! Also the spinach feta wrap was thrown in the microwave and squished as it was handed to me! Terrible not going back
Drinks tasted good, though my whipped cream seemed to break down into chunks by the end so had to toss the last bit of my drink and the wait was quite long. Best to order ahead via the app if you don't want to wait around.
The drinks were delicious as usual but unfortunately the service was lacking today.I know with the masks and barriers it may be hard to get ppls names correct for the orders but it is really imperative they do as just leads to mass confusion.
