Just went this morning. Fast, good drinks, friendly staff!
Staffs weren't friendly and horrible service specifically the two big ladies, they need training on customer services!!! If someone suggested what I'm ordering they should elaborate it more. As a new customer I didn't get enough help what was needed that moment!!!
One of the morning staff was rude regarding waiting inside for Uber knowing it’s -33 degrees outside and their online site showed their dine in is open which she stated is not when I came to place the order. So, I couldn’t dine in and I had to wait for my Uber, for which she was so unkind, rude and asked me to go outside.
I love adore this location. I frequent this location and am always greeted by lovely staff and a clean environment.Thank you for being such a great location!
Made an order this morning. Inapproriate attitude when we asked for changing the order. While we paid for the exchanged order, she kept continue to ask we pay for that even we told her many times that we'd paid for that. Then she asked us in a very rude way: "What kind of cold coffee has foam? You tell me!" Worst customer service.
I love this location, very friendly and cozy environment but what is this brown chunk floating in my drink? I've never seen this before. It feels like a soggy mushroom ? (click the picture to see the brown thingy, I know there's kiwi)

I love this Starbucks location! The staff are wonderful and in the year I've been going here 2-3/week I've never had a bad experience or a mistake on my order. The team is wonderful and I love my Strawberry Açai Lemonade Refresher!
My favorite Starbucks currently.. Every coffee is delicious.
