Accidentally placed an order at this location via the Starbucks app and could not cancel it. It was a redeemed reward therefore, it cannot be undone. I called them to ask if there was a possibility of me getting the order at a different time than what was initially on the order and they instantly said it would be fine! Thank you for your great customer service
Recently stopped by for a coffee run for work and saw that it was pretty busy and the workers seemed flustered. A guy with a black apron then came on the floor, started managing the team and pushed out drink orders a lot more efficiently. Thank you for the quick and friendly service Neill! You rock and definitely deserve to be more than just a barista :)
Great service quick and clean store but the Karen’s really need to chill don’t be mad at me that I preorder my coffee and your stuck waiting
Had such a nice time at this Starbucks. Neil was such a great barista and went out of his way to provide great service. I was craving a drink that's usually seasonal and while they didn't have it, Neil suggested something that was just as delicious as the other drink I like. Would definitely come again.
Always get my order perfect. I usually do mobile pickup but also have done in store orders. Just wish they had a drive thru. But, staff are always super friendly, quick, and accurate. When they've been out of stock for a particular product they've always been able to help me find a new option to try and always said if I didn't like it, they'd make something else for me free of charge. Can't beat service like that! It's not the closest Starbucks for me, but it's the only one I'll go to.
This location is the one of the two that I visit mostly. The baristas are welcoming, polite and acknowledge you real fast. The quality of drinks, hot or cold and the food is always spot on.
The service was good but. Not being able to dine-in has lowered my rating of all StarbucksStarbucks corporate needs to change particularly when the provinces are open for dine-in.
Whenever I come to this location during a rush, their employee Neill manages to make my drink quickly and perfectly with a smile each time no matter how busy it is
This is a very good Starbucks for walkup. Pleasant and prompt staff. I keep coming back.
I have been going to this store for years and it used to be a very good store, but after their best manager transferred the store changed management many times, this is the worst it's been. Lately has been a dysfunctional toxic work environment and is just the most miserable Starbucks I've ever seen since the recent manager took over.
