The STAFF here is awesome. Super awesome. However... Starbucks... Seriously, I ordered Turkey, Provolone, Pesto and my ranking of the sandwich is about .5 stars... There is no 'stacking' of turkey and provolone... So little filling I tasted bread and pesto. I'm sure the poor person who had to make it with the allowed amounts of turkey/provolone tried to ensure coverage... But let's just call it abject failure. There was enough turkey for 1/4 of the sandwich. I thought it was odd that the sandwich wasn't cut in half, but if it had been, I would have been more acutely aware of the severe lack of turkey and provolone. There was no stacking, the toppings so thin they got lost in the bread and couldn't be seen from the outside.Maybe upping the allowed amount of turkey on a sandwich to allow for more than a sliver of coverage would be an idea Starbucks... Also... I thank you for the 4 angled strips of roasted red peppers so that there was some of it through the sandwich.- unlike what the menu suggests as this being 'high protein' it is not.- if you actually add turkey to this sandwich, you likely could lessen the amount of pesto to cover up the severe lack of meat.- I know there was provolone because of the melting outside the sandwich to the packaging on the sides.. but not edge to edge.I would call this a Pesto, Provolone with a whisper of Turkey sandwich.
Banana loaf to die for but today I requested a warm banana loaf and was disappointed when I drove off that it was cold. Inaddition the amount of ice in my drink was way too much .just didn't have the energy to be bothered.
It would be nice if the staff were better trained here. How hard is it to put a shot of espresso in a drink? Apparently too hard for two staff to figure out.
Love going to this Starbucks! Appreciate the drive-thru but they also always have sweet employees. :)
Amazing as always. We had a great barista. Only problem I always have is they don't know how to make a flat white properly at almost every Starbucks I have been to. I should not have to say no foam, this means you did not steam the milk properly for a flat white
You know, I've never had them screw up an order. Always taste perfect when I order any hot or cold beverage. Pure consistency.
This location is always busy, the lines tend to move quickly but there will be a wait -- even when using the app. The staff have to juggle between drive thru, in person, and online orders so please be patient with them.The drink quality is consistent and the staff have always been pleasant to me, even during peak times. However, due to its constant line ups I do tend to avoid this location; this decision is based solely on the crowdedness of the location, not based on the quality of service or product.
Service was nice but they really ripped me off by filling my drink 3/4 of the way. If I’m paying more than $5 for a drink, I at least expect it to be full.
Fast, friendly and efficient. Didn't carry everythibg on the menu but did offer alternatives. Very pleased. Drive through was 5 minutes tops.
This place is conveniently located close to almost everything. The folks who work here are all sweet and understanding. They have great covid-19 protocols in place including checking for double vaccination for dine in. I also enjoy studying here if you're like me who needs to study at a cafe. Special shout out to Julia who made my birthday drink and was super helpful with our requests even though it's 2 mins before closing time. Thank you!
