So. I goofed my tea order - when they didn’t have my “usual”, I opted for what I thought was chai latte. Took tea to sit outside, opened lid & discovered it was chai tea bag. Scuttled back inside to counter - and - when I asked the marvellous young lad behind the counter for milk to add to my tea - I admitted my goof up, and the young lad offered to make me a chai latte at no extra charge. I was moved by his kind offer! I opted to stick with my original cup of tea. The young lad then offered to steam the milk for my tea! I happily chirped “thank you for your kindness”…I was happy to simply top up with milk.I’m sorry I never caught the employee’s name - cuz kudos to you young lad! Exceptional kindness not unnoticed!* Thank You * ?
So I go the store. Had to use the washroom. It was urgent.But I was told to make a purchase first. So stand in the queue, make a purchase first and use the washroom !!!
Consistent quality, friendly staff and relatively fast service given the volume of customers they regularly have.
Love Starbucks in general, but terrible service in this location. Took me 15 min to make my order, there were 5 people there standing talking doing nothing. It gets worse still. In front of me there was a client noticing that something was missing from her order, they fix it BUT then talk things behind her and laughed when she left. I was still there listening. I don't understand how can they be so judging. Control your workers, no one wants to notice that first thing in the morning. Now I drive an extra 5 min to get my coffee in peace somewhere else. The only reason they got 2 stars is because they were super clean.
I can understand there must be an emergency that when i pay my visit, u guys said it’s temporary closed. That’s totally understandable ‘BUT’ its not fair when there are already 3 customers inside …. 2 were sitting and enjoying the coffee and one was trying to order on the till. You guys can’t behave differently with customers. Its was extremely bad.#starbuckscanada
Lady named “Shelley” is so nice in customer service. She was dealing with other drunk man as well and handling customer’s as well with bravery

It was a nice experience however, a girl yelled at me that I could not drink my Frappuccino inside. ( Which I was well aware of) I was waiting for my friends order.
It was critical for me to find a place to charge my dead phone. I had important calls to make and one of the staff (manager?) at the front was able to help me out. I bought a tall black coffee: the best I've ever had- given the situation.Special thanks to the folks that extended their kindness to me in my time of need. I plan to pay it forward. Merry Christmas Season all.
Nice quick place to get a coffee, really enjoyed the peppermint mocha , not much of coffee drinker but now my new favorite ? would recommend if you just want a quiet stop to hang out with friends and family ?
