I went there the other day and I ordered the strawberry snow. Before arriving there I was at the gym, so naturally I was thirsty (ice creme also makes me thirsty) so I asked the worker for a cup of water. Tap water would have been great. But the worker said that they do not give out cup of water and instead I had to buy bottled water from them. This would have been understandable if I didn’t already place an order, but I did so I didn’t see why they couldn’t give me a complementary cup of tap water. Their greediness really spoiled my time there, not to mention that their items were already expensive for what it is.

Extremely disappointed with the service. My Mango Snow was served to me 30 minutes after I ordered. I watched other customers who came after me get their orders before me. They gave my food to the wrong customer. I even approached them when I thought my order was coming & they still gave it to wrong person.I suggest to use an order # system instead of calling out the food that was ordered.I tipped 15%, as I had to pay before getting served, but I regret doing that now.

Previously came years ago and thought it was great. Came today and it was really bad. We wanted to have bubble tea, we asked if we could do bubbles instead of coconut jelly and were told it’s not possibly, even with paying extra. The coffee machine was broken. So we got smoothies instead, We got moon toast and macarons. For the three Moon toast it took soo long to come out. Our drinks didn’t even come till a good 15 minutes after all the food was finished. We asked for water as our drinks were taking so long (and the station where water would be was missing the actual water/pitcher) and we were told the only option was to purchase more drinks.. when we already had and were still waiting on them. Extremely bad service. To top it off The one macaron had a piece of plastic in it. Thankfully no one ate the plastic. Although it’s a cute place the service and poor experience today was not even worth the cost. Either have more staff on so stuff can come out in an acceptable time frame or provide better training and easier to make items. The staff was clearly unable to produce the menu efficiently.

Friendly staff! The desserts were really good. Just expensive. I hope there's an option to collect points or stamp because it's just so goood ahhhhh

(Snow) is Korean style shaved ice cream. Many toppings to pick from. Choose whatever flavour you want to try out.The price is some what over priced but it’ll fill you up. Nice little dessert place, if you’re looking for that “after-meal” snack.Great to bring a group with you, 4-6 people at most. Bring card games with you, talk among yourselves. As well, if you’re thinking of staying long, there’s other parking spots. The two spots do say “30-minutes” but the rest of the spots are open.**I do suggest trying out their moon toast, they make it infront if you to watch. Soft fluffy egg smothered in between toast with a special house made sauce.

just because it's clean and staff is very friendly desserts are delicious

We came for the first timeThe service wasn’t great, they didn’t have a lot of patience for us and wasn’t eager to help us.We just chose randomly items from the menu.It is looks good but the taste is a different issue. It was nice not as good as we thought.

The medium real Mango and real Chocolate Snow, UhMazing! Good service and decent prices... Can't wait to go back

I always love tiramisu snow but sadly Kenaston cafe doesn't have it. The matcha snow tasted bland, I deeply regretted visiting this store for shaved ice. Go to St.James snow and moon cafe instead.

Rich flavor
