Truly a vile place. Attempted to take my toddler to the restaurant side bathroom after ordering drinks and waiting roughly 10 min on food. BUT there was feces and urine all over the bathroom toilets and around. On the slightly "cleaner" one I saw 3 tiny red bugs, 1 on the toilet bowl crawling under the seat and 2 on ground/ lower wall, what appeared to be 1st instar / molt bed bugs about 1-2mm but can't be certain.Then attempted the lounge side bathroom but the dude who doesn't speak English essentially booted us out pointing to my child then the door and either not caring or able to understand the situation.We then went back to the restaurant explaining the situation to the waitresses who looked at each other cluelessly.Needless to say we left, essentially forced to and before even getting our food, leaving to find a sanitary bathroom across the road. Did not return and never will.Will be looking into contacting MB / wpg health and safety.Skip this place, they do not maintain a clean or safe restroom.
What to say about the place. I ordered the Penne Alfredo. First, it didn't come with the chicken, which was the first thing it said on the menu description of the meal. They where very gracious when confronted about it, and did there best to fix it. So that was very nice about them.The service was quite slow, and took them a while to come check for refills. Overall tho, the food tasted good but don't know if I would go back to this location.
Enjoyed a great breakfast special, list of options was super, food was generous, very tasty, server was pretty new but obviously trying to do her job well.
The food is great, but for me, the real stars here are the staff. They are attentive, friendly, and not at all pushy. It's okay to linger over a cup of coffee good conversation with friends.
Probably would be a good idea to post the restaurant's real hours online. I bring a family of 5 here for dinner at 7:30pm on a Friday and am told the family area closes at 8pm. Lounge hours and restaurant hours should be listed separately.
Came here for breakfast one morning with my family, terrible service took them 20 minutes to get us our menus, even longer to take our order and when we got our food eventually it was cold and stale. Terrible service will not be returning. Additionally my 4 year old wanted a burger and what they brought us was a stale patty between two stale buns, no veggies no condiments nothing, even though they're menu stats it comes with veggies tomatoes etc....
Breakfast buffet was great value and good. 2022, Feb 10, stopped by for Le poutine week poutine. Was fantastic! Only thing better was the servers customer service.
Very nice location. Dedicated parking stalls and I believe this is one of those places around with huge parking. Lot of things to do playing VLTs, billiards etc. You can enjoy good food in restaurant.i go there pretty often. I found best service till date. This is motel too
Last time here for breakfast. Went today with my 2 daughters & granddaughter. Arrived at 10:55. Waitress came to the table at 11:04. Asked if there was a breakfast special and she said it was over at 11?. Waited 1/2 hr for breakfast. It was not busy.. got our breakfast and it was cold
