Called to make a reservation for belated Father’s Day dinner. The manager called and accommodated all of my requests for high chair and allowing for a few older family members. Gave us a lovely table by the window preset with high chair. Dinner was enjoyed by all and service was amazing. All special requests were accomplished first time, eg dressing on the side, no gravy. I did not get servers name, I am sorry, but she was lovely and very professional. We had a great time and would go back for a family get together again. Thank you Smittys.
The food was amazing (wing night!), but the waitress was absolutely miserable. I understand that anyone can have a bad night, but we had to ask her if there were any specials, a different (and pleasant server) brought out the food, our server returned about 15 minutes later and we had to request napkins, cutlery, and refills for water. She disappeared again for quite a while before returning with the refill. She always seemed annoyed when we ask that she do the basic parts of her job.
Got ripped off. Asked for A bud bottle, came back with a bud glass same price. Told gravy was a side(Not extra$) when it was, and we still had to pay for it. Waitress even went to sit down at a table in the lounge after we told her we're ready to pay in cash, we ended up asking another waiter we're ready to pay so she left to grab put waiter. After all that she didn't give our change back, so we just left. Great food though!-small family that won't be coming back to this location??
Lovely service. Great tasty wings, a most delicious caesar with a big pickle on top... I ate everyone's pickle!

The food was ok, attention was lovely, no complaints on that end. We had dessert (cheesecake) and they dropped the ball there, it was frozen on the inside and you could tell they warmed it up in the microwave because it was hot in some random places. I felt cheated and also feared that everything I ate that day was old and I'm never going to be able to find out about it. This was my first time at a Smitties and I am not sure I'll be back (unless it's not my choice)
The staff are wonderful but the food was disappointing. The Salisbury steak was burned and the chicken parmesan was salty, overcooked and rubbery.
The food was pretty good, it was worth the price and the quality was high. The staff too were really helpful. Our server Sara was especially wonderful. I am definitely coming back. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and exceptional customer service.❤️
We visited Smitty's for a Sunday brunch after church on Sunday November 7, 2021. We were served by an incredible server Edita. She was engaging, friendly and knowledgable. We found out through conversation that she is studying to be an educator. She will be an amazing teacher one day, but on the journey to that vocation, she will continue to be light at your establishment. Well done Edita, you made our day!
